Little Haven is a one bedroom apartment with beautiful sea views, free WiFi and just a few hundred yards from the beach. Very close to train station, with fully equipped kitchen, power shower and comfortable cosy bedroom with King Size bed and wall mounted TV’s
The space
A cosy and comfy stylish one bedroom apartment with sea views from every window. Lounge with WiFi, smart tv, Sonos speaker, well equipped kitchen with Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machine and white bathroom suite with power shower. The bedroom has built in wardrobe, TV, king sized bed with high quality mattress and we provide lovely soft white Egyptian cotton bed linen and towels. The flat has gad central heating and a nest smart thermostat.
We are very close to Porthminster beach, which is only a 3 minute walk away.
We welcome one well behaved dog and provide dog bowls for your four legged friend!
We are three minute walk from public long stay car park at station or about ten minute walk from large public long stay car park
*PLEASE READ! Notes on access
The property is accessed via a short narrow single vehicle road which is very steep (downhill on arrival). Please note that tall vehicles that are over 7ft 3in height can not get to the space as it is accessed by driving under a low bridge and very wide vehicles will struggle. However a normal car or 4 x4 will be able to access. If you are not comfortable driving down a narrow steep road then our place is not suitable for you!
The property is at the top of a short but relatively steep hill and little haven is on second floor of the building and there is no lift, so it may not be suitable for those who are less mobile. Once inside though the elevated position provides great sea views

We are at the top of a steep but short hill (approx. 50yds ) and are on top floor which means there are 2 flights of steps to climb but once inside you get the benefit of sea views. As a result we may not be suited for those with mobility problems
One well behaved dog is welcome!
