This wonderful, contemporary holiday home offers on-site parking for one car and has been refurbished to an extremely high standard throughout while retaining its Victorian charm and personality and provides spacious accommodation for couples or families alike with a courtyard area to the back and an elevated front terrace where you can enjoy sundowners, alfresco meals and completely relax and unwind and enjoy the fabulous sea views.

The light and airy dual-aspect open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with its comfortable sofa and two accent chairs are perfect to sit and relax whilst admiring the stunning views over St Ives through the large bay windows. Plush soft furnishings highlight the room with beautiful wooden floors and high ceiling. A smart TV and an original fireplace make this room even more sumptuous.
