Escape to Mandavilla Rose, a charming villa located on a hillside overlooking picturesque Cruz Bay. Designed for the perfect indoor/outdoor living experience, our villa invites you to be captivated by the breathtaking views. Immerse yourself in the island's charm as you enjoy the refreshing breezes throughout the villa. Enjoy stunning sunrises/sunsets right from your private terrace! Mandavilla Rose is designed to provide comfort & connect you to the natural surrounding beauty.

Mandavilla Rose is a two bedroom villa featuring king sized beds in each room and private ensuite bathrooms. There is a fully stocked kitchen or if you would rather cook while enjoying the view, there is a brand new grill on the terrace for your use. The terrace boasts multiple seating areas and a table for all of your meals with that amazing view! Mandavilla Rose is equipped with Starlink Wifi.

Mandavilla Rose is located on the lower level of the house, with it's own private entry. There are two villas total. Should you need more space for your entire group consider renting Mandavilla (the upper villa) with space for 6 additional guests.

You have full access to the pool, but please note that this is the only shared space on the property.

Conveniently located on a private road, Mandavilla Rose is perched atop a hill and a vigorous 10-minute walk to town, making exploration and local experiences close in proximity. For further island exploration and to take in all of the beauty that St. John has to offer, consider renting a Jeep for your island stay. There is parking for four vehicles on property and easy street parking as well. Our concierge can assist with renting you a vehicle.

We will coordinate a ferry greeter to take you to the property, should you need someone to drive you to Mandavilla Rose. If you have rented a vehicle, the greeter is also available for you to follow to the villa and help you get settled. We do have someone on island who is available to assist you with any needs you may have during your stay. We also offer provisioning - let us know how to help you make your vacation amazing!

Short St John Jaunt

Great location overlooking Cruz Bay. Close to a great assortment of restaurants. Very roomy. Very nice balcony overlooking the bay and views west.

Beautiful home with a great view of Cruz Bay. Communication with the host/property manager was very good. There were coolers, ice packs, snorkel gear, pool noodles (great to use while snorkeling) and chairs available to use which was very helpful. Kids loved the pool. Definitely helpful to have a jeep as it is on a steep road. House is towards the top of the road shortly after the pavement ends and it turns into a dirt road.

If you are considering Mandavilla Rose for your stay in St. John, stop and look no more! It is a little piece of paradise located on the hillside with stunning views of Cruz Bay! This place is spacious, clean, nicely furnished with lots of seating areas, and stocked with all the amenities you need – they thought of everything! Walking down the hill is doable but we highly recommend renting a car, if you’re comfortable with driving hilly, narrow streets, and on the left side of the road. That way you can see more of the island. For our party of 5 ladies, we opted for the taxi route, and although a bit more costly, it was still worth it! Just an absolutely lovely place to stay!!! The host and property manager are wonderful as well!!!

Beautiful Place

The unit is very well kept with a very nice pool and beautiful ocean sunset views. You can tell the owner and manager take great pride in the accommodations. The unit was nicely decorated, spacious and in good order. Only the bedrooms had air conditioning, but if the doors were kept open, the great room cooled as well. One negative is that both bedrooms had wide glass double doors so there was no privacy in the bedrooms.The outdoor porch and pool were very nice, but little privacy from noisy neighbors. Convenient parking right outside the unit. Overall a great place.
