"This stay was private and comfortable. Checking in was easy with an electronic lock and the host was very communicative with my questions. 2 things to note are that the walls are thin between this unit and the main house so you can indistinctly hear each other, and the mattress is quite hard, but I know some people prefer that. The bathroom is modern and clean and overall everything was easy. "

"The house was incredibly clean and a beautiful stay. The host was so friendly, checking in to make sure all was well and even stopping by per request to help with something. :) it was perfectly located as we were in the area to see Twenty One Pilots at Jones Beach!! Definitely will stay again. "

"general walking areas could use some cleaning but overall, a very clean place, well designed and meets your needs. Access to many necessities are within walking distance and if not, basically everything else you'll need is within 3-5 miles with many offerings.Rocky is a 5 star host and was available every time we needed anything. Strongly recommend this place!"
