"I was happy with the cleanliness of the hotel in spite of it's age. Our room safe was challenging to get working, even with a staff person helping. My husband eventually figured out how to consistently use it, so we could be confident our things wouldn't get locked inside! One of our towels had black stains on it which looked to have been washed into the towel."

"This place is Great very Economical and Convinient to Resturants and Stores. We Travel to California about four times a year. We stay here everytime. "

"MOLD, ACTIVE LEAK and BUGS! Wall that connects the bathroom and laundry squishy and wet. Mold on the backside of the wall in laundry and in all crevices of the shower. Large black trash bag collecting the leak water outside from a pipe. The trundle bed was broken when pulled out and sank. Hair all over! Bathroom, trundle, seat padding for the kitchen. No washcloths provided, no linens for additional bedding, no pillows. No instructions for mini splits. TV didn’t work at all. No WiFi instructions. Contacted guest about mold and she tried to say that there was a roof leak awhile back but remediation was done. You can see the HUGE sunken in and squishy wall with active mold running up the wall in multiple places. Owner was terrible. Asked me to text directly with photos and when I did so, didn’t acknowledge anytime but only said the bed was not like that before. HORRIBLE! Horrible layout, large ugly furniture and DANGEROUS air quality. Also we were blocked in one day by another one of her renters and she didn’t respond for 7 hours! DO NOT rent this place! MOLD!! I spent almost 2.5 hours on the phone with VRBO about it and they refunded some but not sure that they care about the safety of their customers as the place is still available to rent. Horrible place, horrible owner and awful communication! You have been warned!"
