Superb Hotel in St.Leonards. The landlady gave us our keys and explained a few things. We were on the top floor (no lifts as explained in description) with a lovely clean room and a free standing bath, mini fridge, tea making facilities etc. Bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was made upon request, everything from full english, pancakes, veggie breakfast, smoked salmon & scrambled eggs, a great choice. Hotel is about 10 minutes to pier and 25 minutes to Hastings old town. Will come back again as we were really looked after well, nothing was too much, many thanks.

Ian and Bev were so welcoming when I came to stay at Hastings House. I stay at hotels approx once a month but this is one of the cleanest and definitely has more facilities than others. Have recommended to others!

This was a great spot. Everthing was awesome. We were on the top floor, 57 steps. We were fine with it but if you can not maneuver steps well, request a lower floor.
