We had a lovely stay in this spacious room in St Leonard’s. Our host was very welcoming and was able to accommodate a last minute request for changing our arrival time. He also shared information about the local and surrounding area, which was helpful. The room was spacious and clean and a perfect place to stay. We can only recommend it.

Seaside Splendour
Delightful large room with great amenities. Literally on the sea front. Owners are hospitable and lovely.

Amazingly large room, down the area steps, no view but the sun comes in. Extremely comfortable bed, didn't want to get out of it. Dubious about the shower/wet room. It's very gloomy, all in black slate, so you can't see the dirt! (if any). And it's up 3 big steps with no handrail - difficult for an old lady in the middle of the night! And you can't stand up when you get to the top as the entrance is through a short tunnel.

Hi Avis, Many thanks for taking the time to give us some feedback. There is no doubt the wet room / shower is a real 'feature', being a large converted coal bunker we think, and yes whilst it is high and spacious once in the entrance is almost a cross between a door and an igloo entrance. We appreciate your comment about a hand rail too - and yes we think it might be a good idea to add one so that one can step up to the wet room with 100% confidence in the dark. Will stay here again
Dan was very welcoming and helpful, and gave us useful information about the surrounding area when we arrived. The apartment itself was spacious, well-arranged and the bathroom is wonderfully unique - well worth the stay just for that. The location was perfect for us, the only problem we had was having to leave the beautiful seaside behind when we left!

Little things mean a lot
Huge wardrobe perfect, 3 wire hangers no glass in bathroom no towel rail nowhere to put shower gel or anything else no teaspoons or sugar. Room advertised as luxury sea facing its a basement it would cost about £ 25 to put it right.

Lovely clean spacious apartment
Lovely spacious apartment on the sea front. Friendly and helpful owners. The photos look good, but the apartment is much nicer and more spacious than it looks in the photos. Only a short stroll along the sea front into town. Would definitely recommend.
