Short-Term Stays: Housekeeping services are not provided during your stay; however, extra cleanings are available for an additional fee. For stays of less than 3 weeks, a starter kit of supplies will be provided, and it will be the guest's responsibility to replenish what is needed.

Long-Term Stays (stays over 28 nights): A $400 cleaning fee and a starter kit of supplies will be provided. It is the guest's responsibility to replenish any needed supplies.

★ CAMERAS: The apartment building has security cameras on the exterior (facing the front door of the building), interior hallways (facing down each hallway), and if the WIFI unit door locks have cameras, and these cameras record 24/7

Great Loft in Downtown St. Louis

We had a great time at the Loft. It was big enough for our family of 4 adults and two children. It's very close to a lot of attractions, and food.We were especially pleased that they had a pack-n-play and highchair for our 10-month old. The unit has everything you need to cook your own meals. It was a comfortable place for our family.

Easy check in, place was clean and as pictured/described. Surrounding area was plentiful in restaurants though a little sketchy in places. Park behind the building attracted a lot of homeless.

Fun in the heat of St Louis

The unit was as described and very comfortable. It was close to places to eat and Sugar fire BBQ was excellent! Not a great place to be out late, but we walked home from Bush Stadium After ballgame with no problems. all communications went well and parking in garage was cheapest route.

The home itself was very clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for getting around. However, there are some important things to note. Parking is not included with the stay, which made things a bit challenging. On both Friday and Saturday nights, the streets nearby were blocked off, and when we asked security, we were told it was due to a “shooting.” That was concerning and definitely impacted the experience.Overall, the property itself was nice and well kept, but the lack of parking and neighborhood concerns made it less ideal than expected.
