The location is the best part of this hotel. The Viktualienmarkt is less than a 5 minute walk, very close to tourists destinations and lots of shops and restaurants close by. Room was basic, oversized uncomfortable pillows. Appear be some work being done and awoke to loud banging coming from above. Room was very basic. Breakfast was quite good and rooftop bar offered very nice views of the city.

The staff at Hotel Torbrau was welcoming. The hotel was clean and close to main of the main attractions! The breakfast staff did an excellent job preparing the food and were welcoming as well. This was our second time staying at the Hotel Torbrau and we will stay again if we are ever back in Munich.
