"Nice location. Cool space. Lights take some fooling around as nothing is labeled and there are about 16 switches. I would as lol for pillows-The ones we had we quite flat. Otherwise z, great stay."

"We had a great stay at this hotel which is on the south side of the river about a 10-15 minute walk to the city centre. There is a tram station very close-by. The rooms were well furnished and a reasonable size. The bathroom had a bath/shower. We booked a river-view room and felt that this was well worth the extra cost. The breakfast was fabulous and one of the best that we have had in any hotel. There is a fantastic range of items, the restaurant is spacious and items are kept topped up. We also used the small pool and spa. Overall, a great stay and we would look to stay here again if we returned to Krakow."

"Wonderful hotel just 20mins from the John Paul II airport. The staff were exceptional, my room very clean and was cleaned daily . The breakfast was good and catered to my gluten free needs. The hotel is just a stone throw from a tram station and so it was easy to travel to the old town and back. There’s also a spa and sauna and pool!"
