"From the minute we stepped in the door until our Uber picked us up for departure, the staff treated us like welcomed friends. We arrived early hoping to store our bags until check in time. Abhi checked us in with such a gracious and accommodating manner , we knew we had made the right choice in accommodations. The rooms were clean, tastefully decorated, and beds super comfortable. We appreciated the flavored water and coffee available when ever we needed some. The only less that A+ area we found was the pool - and that was because of the chlorine aroma that permeated the area. Even with that, I still rate this location the accommodations as great and the staff as superior. Thanks for helping us end our vacation in a super high note."

"Room was clean and paring was easy. We were able to walk to where the riverboats were for our tour. Beale street was about 6 blocks away and we walked that as well. The only issue was the elevators. There were two but only one was working and when we got back from Beale St that one wasn’t working and we were on the 14th floor. We had to adjust our parking situation so we only had 7 floors to walk up. Having said that the staff were all very friendly. "

"Off Beale so very convenient location. Expect noise from bands but earplugs provided! Great place to stay near all the action. Very, very safe and need key to get in at only one entrance! "

"Liked the room,and shower . Staff from Hotel to restaurant and all in between were amazing, Polite and efficient with customer service. Lodge restaurant off the skyline elevators was not good food. Service was great but food was served raw salmon and raw steak. Not good."

"While I love the history and the location, I was disappointed in all the extra fees. I already thought the rate was overpriced for what you got, but after seeing all the extra fees upon check out, I would have chosen a different hotel for our nightly stay. I don't regret staying here; however, I would not stay here again. "

"Everything was great best place to stay in Memphis. I enjoyed staying in an apartment over a hotel or motel. The room was clean. The heated bed was a plus. Will tell anytime going to Memphis to stay here"
