"Our extended stay at Taj Lands End has been truly exceptional! The level of service and attention to detail made our experience incredibly comfortable and memorable. A special mention to Aniket and Mahendra at breakfast, who were always attentive, efficient, and ensured everything ran smoothly. Rajan and Kajal were prompt and responsive, taking great care of all our in-room needs. The cleanliness throughout the property was outstanding. Vinit, the housekeeping manager, deserves particular appreciation—he was just as impressive during our previous stay as well, consistently maintaining high standards. We truly appreciate the team’s dedication and look forward to returning again!"

"The lady at Check in was terrible 😢 and rude. The worst part was when I was going out for coffee and gave her the room keys, her reaction are you checking out. I said NO, will be back. Then she repeatedly called to know if I have checked out and will come back. I did call her back and let her know that now I am definitely not coming back. The rooms were ok. But nothing GOOD. Thank you !!"

"Very nice relatively new boutique hotel. We have been looking out for a such an option in this area for many years and can now say that we have found one. The rooms are very nicely designed and clean, staff is courteous and personable. Terttulia has always been a favorite restaurant of ours. One suggestions I would make is to have additional breakfast menu items for long stays. Will certainly stay here again during next visit when we would like to see few minor improvements like shower temperature. Overall a wonderful experience "

"Terrible. We were booked to outdated rooms while our friends had the newly renovated suites which were way nicer. Room had a strong stench of paint that could not be aired out. The hotel was undergoing renovations way outside the communicated hours both in the morning and evening. I would recommend this hotel once the renovations have been completed, not before. Hotel management not accommodating given the inconvenience experienced."
