Gasenried: 2-family house "Lärchenheim", built in 1969. Outside the resort, in a sunny position on a slope, 7 km from the lake, 4 km from the skiing area, on a main road. In the house: central heating system. Motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (limited number of spaces) at 20 m public parking 400 m. Shop 600 m, restaurant 400 m, bus stop 150 m, bathing lake 7 km. Ski lift 4 km, chair lift 4 km, skisport facilities 4 km, slopes 4 km, ski school 4 km. Please note: car recommended.
3-room apartment 47 m2 on 2nd floor. Simple and cosy furnishings: 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. Kitchen-/living room (4 hot plates, oven) with dining table, satellite TV (flat screen), radio and CD-player. Exit to the balcony. Bath/WC. Balcony, south facing position. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking at 20 m. Please note: non-smokers only. Bath tub without shower curtain.

Hervorragende Gastgeber
Wir haben die Wohnung als Ausgangspunkt für diverse Ausflüge innerhalb unseres 10-tägigen Urlaubes genutzt. Das Haus ist wunderbar gemütlich und urig, knarrt bei jedem Schritt und jeder stürmischen Böe, mag lästig klingen, wir mochten das sehr gerne, man hört irgendein Wasserplätschern direkt vor dem Haus, ebenso wie einige Kuh- und /oder Schafglocken. Wir haben das sehr genossen. (+) Die Wohnung liegt zwar an einer Hauptstraße, ist dennoch sehr ruhig gelegen, da oberhalb der Wohnung nicht mehr allzu viel ist (+) reservierter Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus (+) WLan in der Wohnung (allerdings nicht besonders stabil, bricht immer mal wieder ab) (+) Vermieter wohnen mit im Haus und sind jederzeit ansprechbar für Probleme/Fragen/Wünsche (+) der Balkon ist schön groß und mit Stühlen sowie einem Klapptisch ausgestattet (0) Der Treppenaufgang zur Wohnung ist sehr steil, für uns war das kein Problem, sollte bei der Planung aber beachtet werden, das neutrale Wertung (0) es gibt nur normale Handtücher, keine Duschtücher, war für uns kein Problem, da wir sowieso eigene Tücher mit hatten (-) einziger MinusPunkt: wir hatten zwar Wischmop und Putztücher, aber keine Reinigungsmittel, Auch Kehrichtsäcke mussten wir uns einzeln holen, schön wäre es eine abgezählte Menge bereit liegen zu haben und wenigstens einen "Allesreiniger" bereit stehen zu haben.

Kleines Heim mit toller Aussicht...
Das Haus ist leicht zu finden. Zwei Treppen in die Wohnung unterm Dach. Gute Matratzen und die Küchenausstattung ist sehr gut, nur Stuhlauflagen sind mitzubringen. Die Straße ist wenig befahren, nur die Anwohner und der Bus. Die fenster können Nachts offen bleiben, der Bach plätschert und Vögel singen am Morgen. Wenn es Fragen gibt, die Vermietrin ist immer im Haus.
