  • Gasenried: 2-family house "Lärchenheim", built in 1969. Outside the resort, in a sunny position on a slope, 7 km from the lake, 4 km from the skiing area, on a main road. In the house: central heating system. Motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (limited number of spaces) at 20 m public parking 400 m. Shop 600 m, restaurant 400 m, bus stop 150 m, bathing lake 7 km. Ski lift 4 km, chair lift 4 km, skisport facilities 4 km, slopes 4 km, ski school 4 km. Please note: car recommended.
    3-room apartment 47 m2 on 2nd floor. Simple and cosy furnishings: 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. Kitchen-/living room (4 hot plates, oven) with dining table, satellite TV (flat screen), radio and CD-player. Exit to the balcony. Bath/WC. Balcony, south facing position. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at 20 m. Please note: non-smokers only. Bath tub without shower curtain.
