"I have stayed at this hotel several times and always felt well served. This time, that was not the case. Changes have been made that negatively affected my experience. The luggage carts that were in use are gone and replaced with carts that provide no space for hanging clothes or bags. This makes no sense at all and makes the transfer of all belongings seriously inconvenient. At breakfast, all the guests were given bowls to eat from. No plates. I saw people struggling to eat waffles from a bowl. Also, there was no whole milk, only skim. Cocktail napkins were available, no full-size napkins. That choice had been made for us. When breakfast time was up,the coffee urns were removed. In any reputable hotel, coffee is available all day. In my room, I found no working bedside phone charger input. One workable input was found by the sofa. No workable USB port at all. The one wall outlet near the bed would have supported my phone charging via my adapter, but the plug would not stay in the outlet. It just fell out. Something bad is going on here. Very disappointing."
