La mujer del font desk me gritó porque según ella había llamado a su amigo para que fuera mi taxista y yo tenía que estar lista porque su amigo no podía esperar por mi. La señora de limpieza decidió no limpiar mi habitación porque le pedí que pasara a medio día yo me estaba preparando para una boda donde pasarían por mi a las 11am y ella dijo que después de medio día no limpiaría mi habitación porque ella solo limpiaba las habitaciones que estaban vacías después de medio día. Entre otras muchas cosas. Pero no quiero repartir mala energía en este chat. Pero si hay mucho por mejorar en el servicio al cliente."

"It rained the day we arrived and when we got there, the whole kitchen and living room were flooded and the rug was soaked for the whole 7 day trip so the whole house stunk of mildew the entire trip. We woke up sick every morning from breathing in the nasty air all night. I dont know if someone left the front door open allowing the rain water to come in during the storm but we would’ve enjoyed our trip better if we didn’t get sick every time we were in the house. There is also no laundry soap or seasonings in the house, so if you plan on doing laundry or cooking, you’ll have to buy all that stuff yourself. "
