This home is close to EVERYTHING! Walk to concerts or grab the Jolly Trolly to the beach. The best Clearwater has to offer is at your fingertips. This beautiful period home was recently restored to its original charm this home will transport you to the 1920s. 2830 SF 2 Story Victorian 3bd/3ba is filled with antiques to bring in the charm. The living room has a fireplace, high ceilings, and French doors. The kitchen has granite counters, all appliances, and wet bar w/wine fridge. European bistro bfst nook off kitchen. 3 lg brms are upstairs. Master has an ensuite bath w/claw foot tub walk-in shower and a private screened balcony. 2nd Brm has a sitting room and shares a bath w/3rd brm

Rooms are spacious with queen beds in each. Beds are newer modern decor with dressers and large closets with cedar lining. Hardwood floors and oriental rugs with dimmable lighting make the rooms cozy. Plenty of windows provide as much natural light as you desire.
