Everything you expect from a beach vacation is available including heated pool, water sports activities, dining (both casual and fine dining), shell hunting, and beautiful sunsets. A car is not a necessity as we are on the Beach Trolley Line and within walking distance of many activities and eateries.

Absolutely stunning location directly across from ST JOHNS PASS on the ocean with a beautiful room with all amenities including a washer and dryer in the building to use. The owner Barbara was easily reachable thru the VRBO app and responded back quickly when necessary. We loved this room so much that we plan on booking for a yearly trip with her specific condo!
The pool was closed for 3 days during our stay for chemical maintenance but we went shelling on the beach and Shopping at John’s Pass

Great place to stay.

My family and I stayed for 5 days. House keeping crew could have done a better job before we got there. We were able to handle the things that they didn’t get done. The host was great and easy to get in contact with. I would definitely stay here again.

Getaway with girlfriends

The condo was really nice, just like the pictures, beds were comfy and we had everything we needed in kitchen but did have to buy dish towels and cloths which was fine. The door did want to stick, maybe a little wd-40, Barbara was always prompt with any questions we had, was nice and clean would definitely stay here again.

Susie Memorial Weekend

This condo was everything could have asked for. We have rented many from VRBO. This was by far the cleanest place we have stayed. The location was superb. All you could ask for right across the street at John’s Pass dining and shopping. The pool side was clean with plenty of lounge chairs and covered tables and grills . The beach was just steps away from the pool with chairs and umbrellas to rent. There was this wonderful Fruit Boat that floated right up to the beach to get fruity drinks (pineapple, watermelon or coconut) I will for sure recommend to all friends and will be staying again in the future. Thank you to Barbara (owner/host) for all your help while we were here.

Fun in the Sun at Madeira Beach

Great location right on the beach, all the shops and restaurants are a short walk across the street, with the marina and boardwalk On this trip we saw a group of Manatees, feeding right on the shoreline Great weather but a bit hot this time

Excellent Condo, Perfect Location

Spent a week at this property with my girlfriends and the place was exactly as described. Location was great: no car needed; Condo had all necessary provisions; Pool was clean and quiet and Barbara, the property host, was very accommodating to our needs. There was a little issue when we got there, but that was resolved quickly and we had a great time. Loved the location right on the beach, which was silky soft sand. And you are right across from John’s Pass Village so very walkable to restaurants and shops.

Great Location

Great location on Maderia Beach...walking distance to Johns Pass and various local establishments. Right on the beach with great access. No hiccups, easy communication, everything went super smoothly.

Perfect Location

Location couldn’t have been better. As you can tell by the photos, the unit isn’t directly facing the beach but the patio has a great view from the side. Beautiful, warm pool on the backside of the condo that sat right on the beach. The condo was a bit dated but was priced accordingly. Could have used a couple more bath towels and dish towels but we just bought our own. The host was great. We had a minor issue with the toilet and she had people in there the next morning to fix it without any disruption to us. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect location!

Super place direct on the beach, 2 feets to Jonh pass village. The condo have a beautiful view on the sea even if the balcon is on the side.

Great Location

A quick girl’s trip to Madeira beach, and this was the perfect spot. Walk to restaurants and shopping across the street, beach access steps away, a nice pool on location and views of the beach. As others mentioned the unit is dated, but clean. Barb was great and we had a wonderful time. We’d come back!

Great location! Right on the beach and across from John’s Pass. The trolley stop is steps away. We took it to Clearwater Beach and St Pete’s Beach. All the amenities you need!
