The expansive pool area features restrooms and grilling facilities, leading you directly to the private beach access, granting you an exclusive resort-like experience. Please note that the condo’s reserved parking space measures 79” in height and 17.5’ in length; suitable for a standard-height Chevy Tahoe, but please ensure your vehicle fits as other beach parking spaces are in high demand.
