2 newly redecorated units have a combined 4 bdrms, 2 bthrms, 2 kitchens on the 1st floor of a quaint 4-unit building, in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach (sleeps up to 12). The sun-heated pool is right outside. Steps from the beach, it is located across the street from beach access, a short walk to cafes, restaurants, and ice cream shops in a family friendly neighborhood.
**Please note: the units share a common wall but you must exit one unit to enter the other.





Our cohost, Carla, lives very close to the property . We can be on property relatively quickly if urgent. Message through the platform for lightning fast response.

This is a quaint, family friendly beachy neighborhood. You will see people walking, going for a jog, walking their dogs, and riding bikes. People are always headed out to the beach!

The property is across the street from beachfront access, about a 2 minute walk to the sugary sands of Indian Rocks Beach, just across Gulf Blvd.

The units are fully furnished with flat screen HDTVs in the living room and all bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped. Wifi, washer and dryer in the unit, large private fenced pool area and an exterior shared balcony with outdoor seating overlooking the pool area so you can watch the kids swim.
There is a large glassed in porch/sunroom with outdoor seating for extra space in unit D
Both units are on the FIRST FLOOR.

*The well behaved dogs of respectful pet owners are welcome, there is a $195 fee (2 dogs max)

*Please message us if you require early check-in and late check-out. Each are $25 pending availability and approval.

*Pack & Play available upon request.

*If guest cancels their booking with V R B O or Direct they will be not be refunded the 4% processing fee.
