Relax in this bright & spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo just steps from the sand. Located on the beach in Indian Shores, this condo offers the perfect mix of comfort & convenience.
Enjoy a private staircase from the unit to the ground level-just a few steps from the pool & a short walk to the beach. In 2025, the building received a full renovation after the 2024 storms. Walk to great restaurants, cafes, and local hotspots nearby. We also provide beach chairs and towels, so your ready to relax!

Great condo with clean, spacious, nice rooms. Everything is very updated and nice. Pool was very nice as well. Host was very communicative and showed great hospitality. I would recommend this condo and stay again!

Overall great! Dustin was very responsive. The location was perfect. Beach and pool were wonderful! I liked the spiral staircase and how we didn’t need to use the elevator. Condo was spacious and clean. Cons: balcony overlooks a parking lot. The condo is very loud from outside and hallway noise. For our stay, there was construction that started in the grass outside and condo above at 8 every morning and lasted until 3. The condo supplied things are sparse (no measuring spoons, baking/cookie sheets/pans, oven mitts/hot pad, hand soap, non glass plates or cups to leave the condo, no beach supplies other than chairs (and maybe an umbrella).We would absolutely stay there again though. Just FYI things for anyone staying for planning purposes.
