Guests LOVE this condo! It's completely updated and very modern! Enjoy a 20’ private balcony with a GORGEOUS view overlooking the beautiful pool area and the Bay!

This is a one bedroom with a KING size bed, plus a new comfy QUEEN size pull-out couch.

This condo in St. Petersburg is in a great location with only a 6- minute drive to Madeira Beach! Close to all amenities with many restaurants nearby, including Doc Ford's next door (a favorite), Walmart, grocery & other stores, Tyrone Mall,

LOT'S TO DO: St. Pete’s downtown and pier (15 min), John's Pass (12 min) with jet skiing, fishing incl. deep sea, Seminole Movie Theater & Grill (7 min), a marina, Pinellas Trail, and Bay Pines Park (with public boat ramps). Everything is at your fingertips!

And only 33 minutes from Tampa Airport; and 23 minutes from St. Pete's / Clearwater Airport.

We have equipped the condo for you: cooking and eating utensils, cups incl. wine glasses, a small coffee maker, blender, toaster, towels incl. beach, and some basic necessities to get you started (ie. toilet paper, paper towels, bar soap, laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap and trash bags).
Free parking, a BBQ grill area on the ground floor, Wi-Fi, 130 most popular TV channels (incl. sports, Fox and CNN); all included.

WE’VE GOT YOU COVERED: Should there be a HURRICANE threat in the area or an evacuation order, we will allow you to cancel your reservation 3 days before to give you time to find another vacation property.

If the pool area closes due to hurricane damage or flooding, we will contact you and also give you the option to cancel without penalty, as we know how important a pool is to many.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS: Should you have to cancel due to your own emergency, we will work with VRBO to refund you 75% of the daily rental fee providing that we're able to rent it out to other guests. The VRBO service fee will have to be worked out directly with them.
