The Space:

The villa’s flow encourages you to drift between indoor comforts and outdoor play, whether you’re gathering around the game room for a friendly match or unwinding by the fire pit as the evening settles in. Sleeping arrangements

Four themed bedrooms provide a comfortable setup for your stay. Bedroom 1, Beach Queens, holds two Queen Beds. Bedroom 2, Sky, features one King Bed. Bedroom 3, Purpink, includes a Bunk Bed Twin over Full. Bedroom 4, Color Circle, offers one King Bed. Two full bathrooms are stocked with bathroom essentials and hot water for the group.



Indoor living

The spacious living room invites conversation or quiet moments, while ceiling fans, heating, and air conditioning keep the temperature just right. Adjacent, the game room buzzes with a pool table, foosball, poker table, and arcade machines, all with a view of the backyard. A flat‑screen TV and a dedicated workspace let you catch up on shows or handle a few tasks without leaving the comfort of home.



Kitchen & dining

A large full kitchen equipped with stainless‑steel appliances makes meal preparation easy, and the indoor‑outdoor dining area lets you enjoy breakfast in the sun or dinner under the stars. The open layout ensures the kitchen feels connected to the living space, perfect for serving family‑style meals.



Outdoor living

Step outside to a fenced backyard where a private pool serves as the centerpiece. A washer and dryer, Wi‑Fi, smart lock for self‑check‑in, and extra linens, pillows, and blankets are provided. Families will appreciate the pack‑n‑play/travel crib and high chair, while pets are welcome throughout the villa.

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home!



Getting Around:

Parking can accommodate up to (3) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have cameras outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area.
