About this property

Newly Remodeled Deluxe Studio-No storm damage

  • Thoroughly modern studio of approximately 325 square feet. Everything is new.. It has a complete kitchen and both the kitchen and bathroom are generous in size. The sleeping area is approximately 150 square feet of the 325 mentioned. There is ample storage space and all things are furnished. The beach is 75 steps away. Less than a 2 minute walk. I provide everything you’ll need including beach equipment, linens, towels and everything for the kitchen. If you drive you’ll have free parking in a private driveway 10 steps away. You don’t need a car for this location. Most everything is within a half mile. Laundry facilities are available on the property. A lot of thought has gone into the unit and it’s modern in style. We had a great stay here! Joe kept in touch with us to ensure we had everything we needed. The studio was very clean and was the perfect space for the two of us. We really enjoyed using the grill and the outdoor space. The location is great—very close to the beach and just a short walk to the restaurants and shops. Beach chairs and umbrella were provided for use during our stay as well. We definitely recommend this property and I’m sure we will be back!

Well situated apartment that was very close to beach. Very clean with all the needed appliances including pots, pans, silverware and washer and dryer. Chairs and umbrella provided for use on the beach. Would definitely recommend.

3 Day Weekend Anniversary Get-Away

Weather was perfect. Location was awesome. It was easy to get set up on the beach not far from rental and still be within walking distance of great restaurants. Joe was very helpful with check-in/check-our procedures. Had what we needed for our beach days there for us on property. Traffic and beach in the area is a bit quieter than closer to the pier but all still easily accessible.
