Perfect Place

The property was in a great location and close to all the things we love to do while in Dunedin and surrounding area. The property was well maintained and very clean and the 2 bathrooms was a great feature for our stay.

Wonderful place too stay!

Chris and Danielle our wonderful hosts. The apartment was in excellent condition and the location fantastic for things to do. Pinellas bike trail was 2 blocks away. We are anxious to return to this property in the future.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in Dunedin. The location is close / convenient to Honeymoon Island State Park, the Pinellas bike trail, and downtown Dunedin. We biked to Tarpon Springs and to Clearwater beach. We gave it 4 stars for location only because traffic on the causeway can be very busy and sometimes loud.

Such a lovely condo. Location is perfectly situated between the beach and downtown. Uber to downtown was less than 20.00 one way. The town is so cute. I think this is our new favorite place. The owners have put together a little paradise

Very Nice Beach Cottage

We really enjoyed our stay here. Perfect for family. Kids loved the bunk room. Great amenities - nice towels, good quality toilet paper and paper towels, plenty of beach towels and a nice cooler. Good job thinking of those little extras that make it feel like home. Great location to beach and grocery store.

Location and Close Ownership!

The location is close to everything you need. Even though on the map it looks like the property is on a busy street, you do not hear any traffic noise. Especially at night as Honeymoon Beach is closed at night so basically no traffic.Owner lives door so communication was easy.

Fabulous place, best area

This unit is fabulous, we had an amazing time and felt comfortable and at home instantly. You can’t beat the location to Honeymoon Island, and you’re close to everything here. The unit layout is excellent for families-master suite completely separate from kids’ suite, and comfortable living/kitchen area in the middle. Having the washer/dryer combo right inside the house is just icing on the cake!

The location is perfect. The unit is walking/biking distance from the beach and restaurants. The unit is beautifully decorated and stocked with about anything you could need for a mini vacation. The bed was comfortable and TV was easy to operate. The owner responds quickly to questions. We plan to book here again when we come back.

Attractive, very well-equipped, conveniently located near restaurants, etc. Causeway traffic could be active at times but noise was never a problem inside the unit. The shower was terrific. We appreciated the courteous and responsive owners.

We come to Dunedin almost every year for spring break to enjoy Honeymoon Island and the downtown Dunedin. This property is probably our favorite of over 5 others we have stayed at previously. Couldn't ask for a better location to get to Honeymoon Island. Due to that, traffic can get a bit heavy, especially during Spring Break, but we found it manageable. Was able to walk across the street to Frenchy's for dinner one night. The place was clean, had several extras like beach towels, cooler, paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods. Showers were hot and beds comfy. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will book again!

Perfect for our needs

We like to walk and be active. This house is very near the Pinellas Trail so we were able to walk every day. No one is control of the weather and it was cool but we were able to ride to Tarpon Springs and back one day. A block away was Frenchy’s Market where you can order fresh fish and take it back to house to eat or cook. The causeway is just a couple of blocks down the street where we drive to watch the sunset.
