Perfect location

Very happy with our stay. Short walk to the water for sunrise and sunset. Home has been recently renovated. Bed was SO COMFORTABLE. Back sitting area is perfect for morning coffee. Very pleased with our stay.

Wonderful experience!

Property is in a pleasant area, with good food all around, friendly people, and peaceful. We fully enjoyed the experience of the stay, house was cozy, well kept, leaving us very comfortable. A definite repeat stay in the future!

Great place in Ozona Village!

Very peaceful area with great local restaurants! The place has been recently renovated, and we really enjoyed our stay, nice little covered deck out back. The laundry facility is shared, but it wasn’t a problem. Will definitely try to stay here next time we visit the area!

A wonderful getaway

It was very pleasant place to stay while visiting family in Tarpon Springs. Clean, quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors and a great place to watch sunset. The place was nicely decorated and had everything you needed to feel at home. We will book it again next year!

Ozona is an amazing, peaceful place. And Eric's property is in a great location - a short 1 minute walk to the water where I enjoyed my coffee most mornings. The property was clean and had everything I needed. Would definitely choose this property again!

Great place in a very neat neighborhood!

Eric's place is small, but very well renovated and updated apartment, it was perfectly sized for me and two twelve year olds. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and everything was very clean. Several nice restaurants were within a short walk. I would highly recommend Erics place!
