IRB

We had a great time, condo was perfect size for our group. Beds were comfortable, pillows left a little to be desired. The pool, hot tub and pickle ball court were a hit, great spot to relax and recharge.

Relaxing paradise

Amazing experience! Condo was super clean. Lots of necessities were available for our use. Perfect view. Pool was clean and not overly crowded. Great social areas by the pool. Easy beach access. Will be back for sure! The entire family loved the area!

Beautiful modern condo on the Gulf of Mexico

Great location, fun for family

Very convenient property with the beach right there. Great view from the porch. Grandparents with daughter, son in law and 2 grandkids. Had a wonderful time together.

Perfect stay

Everything was spot on! Great communication from the owners. Place was clean, beautiful and all amenities as listed. Gorgeous views from spacious balcony and master bedroom. Pool and outdoor facilities are clean and updated. Plenty of beach chairs around pool. Also provided beach towels, umbrellas, floaties and chairs for the beach which was an added plus. We definitely will be back!

Great location and nice place

We had a really nice day. The one hiccup is that many of the groups that stay in this condo were very loud, to include well after 10 PM. It is a place where a lot of large groups come together. Overall the stay was really good and we enjoyed how close it is to the beach. One potential improvement is to enforce the noise ordinance.

Short getaway from the cold

I highly recommend this property for your stay. The owner has gone over and beyond what is usually provided at rental properties. It is a short walk to the beach and several restaurants in the area. We will definitely go back to this condo in the future.

Late Summer Trip

We had a nice stay in this unit. The condo was clean and comfortable. Easy walk to the pool and beach. Great weather. Recommend staying here. We would reserve this unit again.

Happy Family

This was such a wonderful, stress-free experience from booking to check out. The condo was even better in person that it photographs in the profile. The location is spectacular, the condo itself is very clean and has everything you could possibly need. We had a blast and got every bit of the relaxation and fun we needed.

Very Nice Beach Unit

Enjoyed our stay in Indian Rocks! The unit is nicely decorated and comfortable. Thank you for providing beach chairs that work properly and aren't rusty! The property hot tub and pool are very nice. Cornhole and tennis too! We would reserve again with this host!

Excellent stay

The place was wonderful, clean, roomy, just like the pictures. Excellent views with a balcony. The apartment had everything that you needed for a relaxed vacation. Many towels, spices, beach chairs and umbrellas. The host was great, excellent and fast communication. I would definitely recommend it and stay here in the future myself

Relaxing weekend -beautiful place

Thanksgiving2023

First we got into the VRBO, and checked out the place. It was pretty awesome, and I got the bunk bed. The bar was also cool. I didn’t want to leave, because it was one of the best VRBO’s ever. The pool, hot tub, and the corn hole + the pickle ball court was also awesome. My family and I had an awesome time.

Great Location in IRB

This is our second time staying at this property with my spouse, two children and mom. It's a perfect set-up for a family with young children & the trundle was perfect for my toddler. The condo is directly across from the elevators and parking spot is also very close to the entrance. My mom had plenty of privacy with her own Br/Ba. The condo is well stocked (cookware/basics, beach towels, etc.) as is the beach closet. The property grounds are well kept and it's walking distance to many great restaurants. Thanks for another great stay; we're already planning our next visit!

Stress free

I was happy that we didn’t have a lot of tasks that we had to do when we departed. The location of the Condominium was perfect. Right off the elevator and there was a trash chute close by. We also appreciated the luggage carts so we could luggage and groceries up easily. Only suggestion is to have some beach chairs for use since pool chairs can not be moved.

New Favorite Place in IRB

This was our second time staying at Reef Club and the first in this unit. This unit was exactly as described and extremely well stocked- from cooking & cleaning basics to ample beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys for the kids. This unit is directly across from the elevators, but we had no issues with noise (even during daytime naps for my small children) and were happy to have a grocery delivery right to our door. Check in/out was easy and there was no wait time for elevators (visit was during "slow season"). The common grounds are well cared for. Communication and response times with the owner was also great. We are already planning a return visit and this unit will be our first choice.
