Award Winning Direct Gulf Front Condo with a Fantastic Sunset View

Spectacular Beachfront Condominium complete with magnificent sunset views. Spacious two bedroom, two bath unit. Completely renovated kitchen & baths with stylish granite counter tops, new appliances and finishes. Continuous plank flooring throughout unit. Enjoy not only the serene blue-green waters and white sand, but the sound of the gulf, from your private balcony. Complete with beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, pails and shovels!

The kitchen comes equipped with everything you will need for your stay including: cookware, full dishware, glasses and cups, coffee maker, blender and toaster. New stainless steel refrigerator, range, dishwasher and microwave. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed while the guest room has both a queen and a full size bed. There are 3 flat panel televisions.

Amenities: Heated pool, Wi-Fi, cable TV, charcoal grills and grilling area, 1 parking space, and an elevator. Laundry Facilities are available in the building on each floor. No Pets. No Smoking. There is a 4-night minimum stay requirement. Conveniently located to restaurants, shops, activities and attractions.

Perfect family vacation!

Great proximity to the beach

The view of the gulf from the condo was amazing, and you can hear the waves from the balcony. This, along with the close proximity to the beach and heated pool, were the best features. There were beach toys and an umbrella, and you can rent shaded lounge chairs right on the beach.

Perfect family trip!

Location, location, location! To be able to wake and fall alseep listening and seeing the ocean was relaxing! We loved the property. The beach was beautiful. The unit was clean, and plenty of room for our first ever girls trip, me, my mom and my daughter. Everyone was very friendly. Driving to and from was a breeze! Highly recommend and plan to go back!

Amazing view, so relaxing!

My husband, two young adult sons and I stayed for a long weekend to visit with my in-laws. The place was perfect! We were so comfortable. Beach access was so easy. Everything you needed was close. The steps were easy, and there is an elevator that was perfect for my in-laws when they visited. The host was very friendly and responsive. We will definitely stay here again, and I would recommend this place to any of my friends or family.

Perfect Vacation

We have just returned from a wonderful week at this condo. The minute you walk through the door and see how beautiful the space is our stress just melted. The balcony view of the Gulf is just spectacular. The condo has all the amenities needed to make you feel right at home. The beds were super comfy as well. We will be back for sure. 5 star view w a great balcony and nice living space but minimal supplies provided for this rental (1 roll TP per batthrm, 1 hand towel). Unable to lower AC below 72, not best option for a menopausal woman.

Long Weekend Ladies Getaway

Beautiful view, beach, and condo! Updated. Great balcony! Watched the gorgeous sunset every evening and dolphins every morning. Beds comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Walking distance to convenience store for extra toilet paper, alcohol, t-shirts, magnets, etc. Walking distance to a couple of good bars and restaurants. Perfect for a relaxing vacation. Great communication with owner. We will be back!!!!

We had an excellent stay- communication with just was great with any issues we had - they were reaolved immediately. Gorgeous reception on and view- the water was amazing would definitely stay again. My only recommendation would be to make sure the locker number is on the check in info and you print it. The VRBO site wasn’t working and I couldn’t get that info- it was midnight when we got in- so trial and error we did figure it out but it took 20 min

Near perfect location

Some small quirks: light switches in master bathroom dependent on the position of hallway switches, fan in the master bath sounds like a grinder and couldn’t be used. The soap in the shower was too hard to be of use. It was also difficult to use one key for the family. Would have been nice to have more keys or a coded door lock. Otherwise it was quite comfortable and convenient
