This spacious two-bedroom, two-bath condo sleeps four guests, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom and a full bed in the guest bedroom. The unit has 2 flat-screen TVs with cable and free WiFi. The laundry room comes with a full-size washer and dryer. Sliding glass doors allow access from the living room and master bedroom to the spacious balcony with views of the bay and plenty of seating to sit back, relax, and listen to the palm trees sway in the breeze. You will also enjoy beautiful sunsets, watch dolphins swim, and play in the picturesque sunshine of Florida. 7-day minimum, Saturday arrival, and Saturday departure.

This property served us very well over our recent 10 day stay that included a familiy Thanksgiving celebration. The spacious kitchen is the best equipped we have ever had in a rental, which made preparing the big meal easy and which we served on the large six-top dining table. From the balcony overlooking the water we were treated to beautiful sunsets. Sandy Beach was proactively helpful, including when we needed kitchen hot mitts, which arrived at our door via Amazon shortly after the need was identified. A solid 5 star rating!
The property is very well mantained. Super clean older aged community. Pools nice and grounds. Very quiet! No sidewalks which we thought was really odd, and didn't care for having to drive off of the property to check in.
The property management team is very helpful and responsive. This unit has wonderful open water, pool, sunrise, and sunset views. We enjoyed viewing wildlife from the comfortable balcony, including: osprey, kingfisher, pelicans, dolphins, egrets, and Great Blue Herons. The pool and hot tub are generously sized, sparkling clean, and comfortable temperatures for winter. We enjoyed walking the lush and manicured grounds while greeting friendly residents. We found the couch to be comfortable and the beds firm. The unit is generously sized, but the glass topped coffee table’s angles can impede the flow through the living room, be careful. We agree with another reviewer that the paint and some furniture is showing its wear. We wished we had brought our beach umbrella spike/auger, as the umbrella provided doesn’t have a spike or auger and we were unable to secure it well in sand. There is one functioning beach lounger.The dishwasher door requires special care to make the machine seal, once it does seal the wash cycle performs as expected. Having access to the in unit full sized washer and dryer was a definite plus. This is a relatively quiet location with easy access to beaches, restaurants, and downtown St Pete. Parking is convenient and the shared lobby was clean and pleasantly decorated for the holidays.
Beautiful corner condo unit on the third floor. It is located on the beautiful intercoastal waterways. View of The Don CeSar Hotel is in view on St. Petersburg Beach. Just a short drive over the causeway to St. Petersburg Beach. Great location to the beaches, Fort De Soto Park and a short drive to the interstate to explore downtown St. Petersburg.
Very friendly and safe neighborhood. The condo has a large well supplied kitchen and a dining table for 6. Large laundry room was a plus. Sitting area is comfortable with a view of the water. The two beds were comfortable with ensuite bathrooms. Great communication from Sandy Beach Vacation Rentals. Check in and check out was easy. Highly recommend this place!
Very nice condo. Kitchen is stocked with lots of dishes and pots and pans for preparing meals. Location is very nice and quiet. They are very responsive to questions and checked in frequently.Would definitely stay here again.

Superó vacations we had a wonderful time and the apartament is beautiful
This was our second day at this property and we loved it just as much as the first time. The management company was very receptive to all our needs. We’ll be back.
Loved our stay!!! Would definitely stay here again. The only problem was the dishwasher broke and the kitchen was not very well stocked, but other than that it was perfect!!
Great property and my family and I very much enjoyed our stay! Great views, nice community, fantastic pool access! Only downside was internet was down all week and the check in process did not send a reminder near the check in date, I had to comb back through my email to find it from when I booked it.

Great views, comfortable and modern.
Enjoyed a week in Isla Bahia Vista. Safe, clean and updated condo. Very comfortable and well maintained. Leasing process was on-line and easy. Will return again.
This third floor end unit gave us a fantastic view. We stayed 5 weeks. The unit has been upgraded and had shutters on all the windows. So much better than blinds or drapes. We have rented 4 other units in this area in the past and this was the best one.
The property overall was excellent. The unit needed some updating. Chairs on deck need to be replaced, dishwasher needs some attention, table in living room and bed-frame in master bedroom were not shin friendly. Some updating to this unit and it would be great.
We had a good stay here and would recommend it to others. Two notes, there are 5-8 speed bumps to get to the listing from either of the roads, normally not a big deal, but pregnant girlfriend was not a fan of them. Also this is on the other side of the toll area for the St. Pete Beach/Treasure Island area so if you plan on going there a few times every day you'll need to pay the toll each time. Neither of these things are negative reflections on the actual place!

Fantastic reformed apartment had the most spectacular view. Very well spec'd apartment. Only a couple of things could be improved - lack of baking trays for cooking and heating things in the oven, shortage of long glasses and some other cooking utensils including different size pots. Fantastic otherwise.
This is this most beautifully kept property. This condo was newly remodeled with very up to date decor and spotless!! Security very present on the grounds and allowed no riff raff to go on. Pool was very well maintained and clean. Location was perfect to restaurants and shopping. Be prepared for the breath taking view of the bay with full on dolphin sightings. Be sure to go out late at night to hear the dolphins splash around and communicate with each other. You can't see them but you can hear them blowing water through their blow holes. Very quiet and relaxing place to stay. This is a retirement community so if you're looking for a party this is NOT the place for you!!! Great family vacation spot!!!
This unit is a true gem! Not only is it a corner unit with more sunlight, but it’s tastefully decorated and the view is spectacular!
