Quiet Beach Front View with Direct Access to Sand

Enjoy the breathtaking Florida sunset right from your quiet balcony, and step downstairs for a relaxing stroll on the sand using the balcony stairs. This unit is one of 6 in a very small complex located on the 2nd floor, so you enjoy the elevated view with the added privacy.

Two large bedrooms with two bathrooms will comfortably accommodate 5 people. The spacious kitchen has modern granite counters complete with an oven, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, and dishwasher. The fridge has a built-in filter and ice machine. There is also an in-unit washer and dryer.




ACCESSIBILITY:
There are 3 small steps leading into the building with no ramp, but there is an elevator to the 2nd floor.

We have a private parking space for the condo directly in front of the entrance, with visitor parking just around the corner.

Our beaches are best known for their bright, fluffy sand. Whether you're looking to relax on a towel, go for a scenic jog or stroll, use your fishing poll, or build a sand castle with the kids, this is a top rated beach.

Indian Rocks Beach is quieter than other surrounding beaches, with still just as much to offer. There are dozens of restaurants, bars, and cafe's within walking distance, and many shops and mini golf/activities along Gulf Boulevard. You can also take the Beach trolley to Saint Petersburg Beach or Clearwater Beach...!
