Beachfront condo with gorgeous sunset views!

  • Unparalleled beach and gulf views from your private balcony. Updated granite chef's kitchen with stainless appliances. Tiled throughout with updated tile and granite baths. The Master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bath and access to the balcony. The guest bedroom also has a king bed. Open spacious dining and living area open to the beachfront balcony. Washer and dryer in unit. A 14-night rental minimum, Saturday arrival/departure required.

    The location of this vacation property is unsurpassed and especially popular for families. Steps away from the beaches, guests can also enjoy the heated swimming pool and BBQ facilities. John's Pass Village, a popular destination for year round residents and tourists alike, is just a mile down the street. A quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction, the Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing.

    Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

    The nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.
