Luxurious second story two bedroom, two bath condo. Includes master bedroom with joined master bathroom. Second bedroom has queen size bed with two large closets. Second bathroom is in hallway. Ceramic tile throughout, decorated with neutral decor and newer furnishings, free broadband internet and cable. Washer and dryer complete the convenient features of this home-away-from-home.

We are located in Indian Rocks Beach, one of the quieter beach areas with less traffic, but still very close to many restaurants and shops. The famous Crabby Bill's, Hurricane Eddie's, Kegans , TJs Italian and Guppys restaurants are nearby and well worth a visit. The excitement of Disney World and Universal Studios is just 90 minutes away, while Busch Gardens is nearby in Tampa.

Enjoy the fully equipped eat-in kitchen with breakfast bar. Includes covered parking and storage unit. Private heated/gated in-ground pool for guests only. Perfect vacation

We had a wonderful stay, the condo is steps away from a great beach as well as stores and restaurants. We found staying here was the perfect choice as we had everything we needed in the condo and it was very clean and comfortable.

Condo was very clean and well supplied! Plenty of towels, paper towels, and toilet paper. Also plenty of beach towels and beach chairs. The pool was heated, but a little cool. Would definitely stay again!

Beach getaway

Great value for the price. Steps to the beach, a few restaurants within walking distance. Kitchen was adequate, but not so for a seasoned chef. 2 married retired couples shared this condo, which was comfortable. If you enjoy sitting at the beach, bring your own chairs! The beach chairs were adequate for toddlers, and very uncomfortable for adults..

Absolutely awesome!

The sweet condo was just perfect for my husband and myself and my family. Great location to the beach and the nearby restaurants, shopping and other nearby beach towns.. The condo was very well stocked with extra towels and sheets. Hostess was very accommodating! Would definitely recommend this location to others! And if we ever return, I would definitely stay here again!

Fun at the beach

The plane was great. It was comfortable and had room for our friends to visit. The beach was close. The pool, although small, was nice with warm water. All in all it was nice and relaxing.

Our stay was wonderful, specifically because of being steps away from the beach. Our condo did not face the beach, it was road view but still located within walking distance to/from beach. Room was fairly clean- dusty when sofa bed was pulled out. Minor issues with hallway bath; shower/tub drain is very stalled so prepare to stand in water when bathing. Parking in garage right under condo, condo is on floor 2 so be prepared to climb 2 flights. Host was ok- messaged me numerous times on information already received; delayed response on exact location of condo ( building number and which condo, location of pool)Mattress in hallway bedroom needs replaced ASAP!! Once you lay down, you feel like you are going to the floor- worn out!Love IRB but would probably choose different location to avoid steps.

Magic on the beach

The condo was excellent everything we needed was provided. Very close walk to the beach. Restaurants were in walking distance plus a great little ice cream shop right acrossed the street. This place was great for a family of 3 i would highly recommend this property. Also Penny was a fantastic host she responded quickly if we need anything we personally can not wait to stay again.

Perfect stay

This was the easiest check in we have ever had. We had the door code well before it was needed. The condo was clean and comfortable. We did not have to shop for things like dishwasher tabs , paper towels etc, as they were provided. The location was perfect. Steps from the beach and several good restaurants. Plenty of dishes if you want to eat in.

Great location!!!

We had never been to this area before and we loved it!!! This property was the perfect location. Walk out the front door to restaurants and a beach grocery for the things you forgot. The beach is literally right behind the condo! A one minute walk at most. The condo is stocked with everything you need for a weeks stay. I loved that she had extra toilet paper, towels, beach chairs and toys. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

This was our first time traveling as friends and we had a wonderful time! There was a great pizza place and bar right across the street with great food! The beach access was right outside of the condo. Everything was nice and comfortable and we would absolutely go back. Penny was so great to work with, always available to answer any concerns. 10/10

Empty Nester Get Away

The locations was great, one building in from the beach so VERY short walk. Condo was clean and represented well through the pictures. 2nd floor so if you don't like stairs then be cautious. Sunsets were GORGEOUS form the beach area. We never used the pool but it looked nice. Great restaurants in the area.

Just Perfect

Lovely place! Great location! We’ve been spending March/April in IRB since retiring in 2018. This was the first time we rented a condo and the experience was wonderful. Penny was easily available and quick to respond to any inquiries. Perfect host! Our only regret is that we didn’t act quickly enough to rebook the dates we wanted for next year. Thank you for a great place, the listing is very accurate. I highly recommend!
