Two bathrooms feature a bidet and shower, with the hall bath accessible to the pool. Guests can relax in a terrific living space with 85" TV or out on the lanai by the lagoon like pool with ample seating and TV. The home was fully renovated from the studs out in 2025. Brand new AC, Kitchen, Baths, and all flooring. You will love the expansive yard with birdfeeder, fountain, and amazing trees. The kitchen is fully equipped for a chef with a formal dinning room as well a casual area in the den. This house is perfect for family gatherings or for the snow bird who wants to bring a boat as there is ample parking in the side parking court for one. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or gathering for a meal, this marvelous home offers a welcoming atmosphere.
