Beautiful San Remo on Beach, Water-view From All Windows, Heated Pool, Hot Tub

Redington Shores is a tranquil paradise nestled between Indian Shores and Redington Beach. Along with all of the other spectacular Central Gulf Coast beaches, Redington Shores is known for its sugary white sand, pristine emerald water, terrific shelling, and fabulous mom-and-pop restaurants and shops.

We completed a total renovation of our corner beachfront condo unit. The style of the décor is coastal or “beachy.” Everything in the condo has been replaced with new items, including all appliances, flooring, air conditioner, furniture, kitchen cabinets/counter tops, bed mattresses, box springs and sheets, interior paint, and much more!

Our corner unit is located in San Remo Condominiums, has undergone several updated projects to its building and charming beach-pool/hot tub area. The large, lovely pool/hot tub area is located right on the beach, only a step away from the amazing, soothing waves of the Gulf and offers a spectacular view of the Gulf sunset while you relax in a beach chair and sip a latte.

Our condo has high speed Wi-Fi, and a television in each bedroom and in the living/family room.

HOA rules allow as many as a maximum of 6 persons to stay in a 2BR/2Bath condo. Our own guidelines are: at least one adult must be over 25 years old.

Also, our condo corner unit, although beachfront, has only a partial view of the Gulf from the balcony. The balcony does have an excellent view of the intracoastal waterway and the bridge, which is beautifully lighted up at night, and also has a view of the parking lot and tropical Seabird Sanctuary next door.

Redington Shores is ideally located and close to almost everything: Madeira Beach and its trendy John’s Pass Village, downtown St Pete and Clearwater, awesome restaurants and live-music, cozy beach hideaways, airports, grocery stores, shopping, ball games, aquariums, museums, kayaking areas, bird sanctuaries, miniature golf, golf courses and theme parks. Experience the surrounding towns by hopping on the Jolley Trolley and enjoying the many sights and activities known to the area.

We offer a child and baby friendly condo. We have a pack n play, highchair, baby dishes and utensils, outlet plugs as well as several beach toys.

Perfect spot for our family of 5

This room was so beautifully and tastefully decorated and it was immaculate. The location was great as it wasn’t too far of a walk to the pool or beach. We enjoyed watching the birds nest just outside our room. We would stay here again.

The condo was immaculate and had everything you could think of for a wonderful stay. The living room furniture and bed were so comfortable. A great place for a get away close to the beach. Highly recommend!!

Great find!

The condo had everything that we needed. The location was great as well! We enjoyed being out on the balcony and being able to see the beach. Check-in was very easy and we had great communication with the owner.

Clean property with lots of essentials provided

Property manager was very receptive to communication. Condo was clean and had plenty of essentials to make meals and clean. Pool was very nice and close to the ocean.

Family Vacation

Our condo was perfect for our getaway. Very clean and had everything we needed. The appliances are very nice. Every type of kitchenware you could need is provided. The storage unit was a plus! Was stocked with all the beach essentials. The listing describes the unit to a T. Would stay again!

Exactly like the pictures, no surprises. Clean and cozy.

Really nice place. First time I rent beachfront and I'm very happy, I don't regret choosing it. Very clean. Everything you need for the beach. Even fishing rods in the locker ! Plenty of towels, well equipped kitchen, confortable beds. We loved it!

The stay was overall satisfying. We stayed for a week and were warned about the construction in progress. Although the construction was annoying, it did not affect our enjoyment of the property. We loveed the pool and spa area.

Early Thanksgiving

My son and family moved to Florida from NJ. Wanted more than 2 beds and a toilet. The condo was decorated so nice and the lay out very nice. Bird sanctuary next door was a true bonus!! Pool area lovely. Construction going on which I was aware of was no problem at all. Hoping to return soon

Not exactly as advertised.

This condo was great for us. The building did suffer damage from the hurrican and that was not indicated in the listing. The pool and hot were out of commission. There was a lot of destruction in the area and the information we received from the host about places in the area was not accurate at all. It was clear that none of the information was updated since the hurricane.The host was gracious when I emailed her about the pool being out of commission but she was clearly up to date on the progrees of the pool repair. All things considered we would stay there again. It was a great location it felt safe.

Winter getaway

Overall, the property is very nice. We were disappointed with not being able to use our deck due to property renovations. Initially, that was supposed of been finished at the time of our visit, but it was not. The owners did end up, compensating us for this as the initial description stated this would not affect our unit . We did appreciate that. The property was nice, the pool was nice, the beach and the unit itself was very clean. A lot a little extra amenities were thought of as well. Much appreciated.

The room is on the side of the building. The ocean can be seen, it’s just kind of from a distance. It was literally THE MOST accommodating condo we’ve ever stayed at. I even mentioned that in the little book on the counter. There was some miscommunication with check in and the owner answered on the first ring at 2am. 0 attitude, 0 negativity, problems solved immediately. Everyone we encountered was super friendly and welcoming. The beds were super comfortable, which is out of character for me to even say. If you forget a single thing at home, I promise it’s there. Just check the cabinets and closets! We would for sure stay here again.

Great Condo Unit and Great Location

The owner was very communicative and responsive to all of our inquiries. The condo unit was extremely clean and well equipped for our stay. This was our fourth time staying at San Remo and we would stay in this unit again. The unit has been recently remodeled, the bed was comfortable, plenty of linens and kitchen utensils. The pool and access to a less crowded beach was just a few steps away. This is a smaller condo complex, which we like. The pool was never crowded, which is where we spent most of our time. We used the charcoal grills twice to grill fresh grouper from the fish market just down the street. There is currently some construction going on but it did not interfere with our stay. We knew this from our past stay and communication with the owner. Any minor inconvenience dose not outweigh the great experience of staying at San Remo or this unit. We will be back.

Much needed vacation

Perfectly heated pool thats actually. Nice HOT hottub! Right on beach. A lot of pin codes to remember which was frustrating. Key fob to pool stopped working at 9:40pm when doesnt close until 10 so got locked out from our towels while walking the beach at night. No lights in pool area- scared kids would trip- safety hazard. Balcony door didnt lock from bedroom. One of recliners electric didnt work. Nasty stains on fabric chairs. Pull out couch less than an inch thick...very uncomfortable. Twin beds and king very nice. Had pleanty towels, coolers, noodles and wagon. Laundry was nice and side view on balcony of bird sanctuary and beach was nice.

Always check with owner before booking

What we rented was not what was advertised. The balcony was barricaded due to renovations and the noise (Jack hammers) from 8-5 was so deafening we had to shout to be heard. A major decision in choosing this condo was the view from the balcony. Not to be made aware that this was unavailable was completely unacceptable. We communicated with the owner who was unaware of this. She offered us a refund since staying in her condo would have been one huge headache. The owner may have felt this was a fine solution to the problem, but finding an available condo in February was challenging & took a full day from our “vacation”. There will be no return visit from us. We don’t want anyone else to go through the stress we did. Moral of the story: always check with the owner before leaving home or you may be in for a surprise!

This is a beautiful condo with a lovely pool—right at the beach. It was pristine when we checked in. This is close to restaurants, John’s Pass- everything you might need. We most definitely can’t wait to return!

This is wonderful place to stay! The beds are comfy, even the couch pull out is comfortable. The condo had everything we needed for a quality stay. The location to the beach is fantastic. This area of the beach is so quiet. You will have plenty of room all times of day! The pool access is also amazing. This condo is close to super cute restaurants, shops, and ice cream shops. Highly recommend this condo for stays in Indian Shores/Redington Shores!

Pleasant stay

The property was very much accurate to the listing. The unit was well decorated, comfortable, and well stocked. Initially we had something come up, the host resolved the issue within 24 hrs and was very receptive and responsive! Would definitely love to stay again. Location was great, right on the beach, the kids loved the pool and hot tub. Beach and ocean view from balcony, great unit.

Nice place

Great location, quiet beach, room was clean and well kept.Most of the pass codes were not needed anymore, which was nice. The extra closet full of beach toys was nice.
