ALL walking distance! The Free Beach Ride is a taxi service that works on gratuities only, so there is really no need for a car. There is NO other hamlet with quicker access to the beach via I-275 and the Bayway.
Within a cozy 20 condo bldg you won't be bothered with hundreds of adjoining condos.

Snowbirds escaping the cold of Ohio😎🌴🌴
We loved everything about it!! The unit had everything we needed!! It also had such a comfortable bed! Very safe area, with lots to do and great restaurants close by. The beach was just across the street!
The best part was the owner Kip.. he was so pleasant and helpful with any questions I had!!

Great Location and Vacation
We loved this property. It is newly updated, on the intercoastal, across the street from beach access and walking distance to restaurants, bars, drug store and groceries. You just can't beat this location. Kip's response time was very quick. We loved this place and will be back.
