    The complex will be experiencing intermittent construction until the end of 2026 to complete necessary refurbishments to the building and amenities. There may be construction work and noise during your stay. Some amenities may be closed or temporarily unavailable for use. The pool is currently closed. Please reach out before booking to confirm amenity availability.



    The sound of the waves crashing and the smell of salty air -- this is what beach living is all about! Experience ultimate relaxation at this Belleair Beach condo. Enjoy private beach access down to your own stretch of sand. Part of an exclusive community, the condo is just a short drive from Clearwater Beach and several fashionable boutiques, gourmet restaurants, and exclusive salons.



    The living room is light and bright with beachy decor, including two armchairs where you can watch the 42” TV with Blu-ray player. Whether you’re preparing a fresh catch or putting together a picnic lunch for the beach, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need. It comes with full-size appliances and ample prep space on the granite countertops. A table provides a nice spot for sit-down meals. Or step out onto the shared balcony, where you can dine alfresco at the picnic table and feel the breeze through the palm trees as you relax on loungers.

It was a great place to stay. We did not realize that the pool was closed until about a week before we left because it was in the details and not in the title. The place was great to stay at and we will be coming back. The walk to the beach from their room was great. It was very short.
