This amazing, completely remodeled 2-bedroom, 2 bath condo is located at The Caprice. Welcome to a prime location on St. Pete Beach near all restaurants, bars, live entertainment, shopping and activities that the beach always has to offer! There are so many upgrades in this cool and tastefully decorated place! The gorgeous, bright and fully equipped kitchen has custom cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The living area features a a large flat screen TV, a comfortable newer sectional and tile floors. Sliding doors open up to the nicely furnished beach front balcony with breathtaking views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico! Both, the main and the guest bedroom feature King sized beds with luxurious gel infused memory foam mattresses and flat screen TVs. Both bathrooms were recently remodeled with beautiful wall tiles, custom cabinets with granite countertops. New walk in shower in the main bath and bath tub/shower condo in the guest bath. All of this sitting on miles of white beach to explore!! PLEASE NOTE: This is a non smoking property except in designated areas on grounds.


The Caprice features free WiFi, free parking, a sparkling pool (heated in the winter) with a beautiful sundeck, a nice BBQ area and shuffleboard and shared washer/dryer rooms. Beach volleyball courts are also available right next to the Caprice Resort.

  • Oh Nom! for whatever reason the dining room was empty when we walked in. The ambiance & service was charming enough (I particularly enjoyed them showing "Teen Wolf") & the sushi rolls were a great value--the veggie rolls are to be missed but hey we are in the south-->it's always a gamble when your vegetarian appetizer isn't fried :)

Lovely condo on the beach with balcony and beautiful view of entire St Pete Beach coast. Nice pool. This unit had some beach chairs and umbrellas. Pay laundry room was available. Two shared grills. Walk to restaurants. Right next to Paradise Grill. Bring a beach towel .

The property was in a great location. It was a very easy walk to the beach. The beach area had a food and drink spot that was great. The beach chairs were nice to have. We had to evacuate due to a fire alarm one morning and that wasn’t fun, but everything ended up being okay.

The condo was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. It was right on the beach and close to local restaurants. The beach was not crowded.The central location was convenient for visiting other close areas. Could have used more space for our clothes but otherwise the place was great.

The check in process was very easy.The Condo was exactly what the description promised. Very well furnished in beach theme.Beds very comfortable.Pool was heated and clean. The only issue was the toilet didn’t work when we arrived and it was 3:30 the next day before anyone came to fix it.Great location easy walk to restaurants

This was our second stay at Caprice, and we we enjoyed it just as much, or more as last year!! Great location, close to Restaurants and Larry’s Ice Cream! We loved the layout of this years Condo! It was wonderful being at the Beach with Beach Views! A++++

Condo property small which was great, grounds well kept and right on the beach. Easy to walk to beach bars, ocean and restaurants close by. Unit had everything you needed, king size beds great, very clean and balcony great for outside seating. Would have liked small dressers in bedrooms for clothing and night stands little larger. Overall great place!

Awesome location and property!

We enjoyed a relaxing long weekend with our adult daughter and her friends that came for the day. The beach was gorgeous! Since it’s a park it has great amenities like gorgeous rocks and the secret garden just around the corner. Fantastic restaurants were within minutes of our location. The beds and furniture were very comfortable! I would highly recommend this property to others.

Loved it…spotlessly clean and comfortable. No beach gear provided but a problem since we brought our own. Kitchen had minimal items but most everything you needed. Suggest providing a dresser or additional luggage racks in the bedroom. Absolutely would stay again.

Perfect Amenities

We had a perfect stay at Caprice #306. Fantastic location: close to everything we may have needed. On the beach: quick walk to the beach and the 2 coves behind the building offered awesome ocean views in a calmer setting. Great pool: the water was clean and comfortable, plenty of tables and chairs. Our condo had a kitchen equipped to prepare 3 meals a day for a week. Comfortable beds and sitting area. The balcony has a beautiful view. Simple and easy check in and check out. Responsive & attentive owners. We have this on our list of places to return to!!

not enough storage space

The building and location of property was excellent. However, this unit provides little or no space to unpack your suitcase and store your clothes. There was only one folding luggage rack. For 4 guests in a unit like this, I expected a minimum of 4 luggage racks. We needed luggage racks because there was not a single drawer or dresser in either of the 2 bedrooms. So we were living out of our suitcases, and they had to be set on the floor.
