We stayed in the Charming Bungalow Downtown. It was perfect for the two of us. The cottage-like residence is charmingly decorated. It was also very clean and had everything we needed. We rented two bicycles during our stay, and we were able to walk or bike throughout downtown Dunedin. We would definitely stay there again.
Lots of pros about this property but be very aware the location is directly on Main Street. This means traffic noise is pretty much constant. The white noise machine is helpful for sleeping. The music from the restaurant across the street was not an issue for us. The property manager was very responsive to any inquiry. Comfortable bed and kitchen was well stocked. Appreciated the extras, including beach chairs and beach towels as well as laundry.
I loved the decor in the house, it was perfect for my reason of going. I wanted some alone time to connect with myself after a breakup of a relationship & I felt very nourished in the home! The home is walking distance to town and bike trail!
I will book again!!!😊
I stayed here as the second part of my Dunedin visit, the first part being close to Honeymoon Island. I wanted the "downtown experience" and to be in walking distance to everything.
Mission accomplished!
The accommodation was very comfortable (especially the bed!), big kitchen, great shower, lots of parking, etc.
The only downside is that it is on a busy road, which is the tradeoff to being convenient to everything. That said, the space was fairly soundproofed, so the road noise and nearby restaurant noise was not an issue.
The house was adorable and tastefully decorated with everything you need. The location was perfect for getting around to the bike trail, restaurants and downtown. Only thing we didn’t realize was we shared our laundry room with other units. Missed that in the description but it was no problem just surprised when someone came to our back door.
From the booking process to the leaving everything was great.
The area was perfect and within any amenities needed.
I was impressed at how comfortable and quaint the home was. I could easily find myself living there permanently. It has a Key West style about it.
Everything was available for cooking and or entertaining.
In the evenings just sitting in the front porch with a glass of wine and listening to the music coming from the restaurant across the street was also relaxing.
Perfect size for 1 or 2 guests.
Definitely will be back and staying here again in Dunedin.
Thank you for a lovely home and allowing me to relax and just enjoy the peace and quiet.
House had everything I needed and more. Location is on main street so a lot of traffic but nothing concerning. Would come back to stay. 100% recommended.
This cottage was absolutely adorable! Immaculately clean. Very well stocked kitchen and coffee bar. I’m thankful they have a fan to help block out the music from across the street and road noise. I’m also thankful I brought my own fan to further help block out the noise at night. Will definitely stay here again. Great location!
Fantastic Stay! The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of downtown Dunedin! We loved being able to walk to so many great restaurants, breweries, and shops. It’s just off Skinner Blvd, so while there can be a bit of street noise, the provided sound machine helped (though we barely needed it).If you’re a light sleeper or plan on sleeping in, just keep that in mind—but honestly, with so many gorgeous beaches within a 30-minute drive, you’ll want to be up and out exploring anyway! The place had everything we needed, including a well-stocked kitchen for nights we felt like cooking. It truly felt like a home away from home.Highly recommend, and we’d absolutely stay here again. A perfect little getaway spot for a couple!
My husband and I had a lovely time in Dunedin and this bungalow was so perfect. It was well decorated and homey and updated througout and stocked with everthing!
