The condominium is an excellent value. If you are a beach goer, the property could not be more perfect. Additionally, everything one needs for an enjoyable beach day is present in the condominium. Attention to detail was evident. The only slightly negative issue is the venting of the air conditioner, which is dictated by the age of the building. However, my wife and I and three grandchildren were very comfortable, and the owners made fans available in the unit.
