beachfront access, two resort style pools, a beachside Tiki bar, an onsite cafe, exercise
room, and beautiful tropical landscapes throughout. It is the crown jewel vacation spot
of the area!
This 4th floor south-side unit # 402S gives you a quiet and private place to relax in, a
side view of the Gulf, and updated and comfortable destination for you and your family
to enjoy.

Arrival is very easy! No waiting to check in. Go right to the South elevator to the 4th
floor. There is an electronic lock with a numeric code. I will provide the code as your
date approaches.

Florida. Walk to the famous John’s Pass where there’s something for everyone; rent a
jet ski, take dolphin cruise, shop, or have lunch or dinner and enjoy music.

Fun beach getaway!

My family loved being right on the beach with shopping close but not too close! Beach chairs, tent and umbrella were perfect. The pool and bar for adult beverages was also enjoyed. We would definitely return.

Joanie was great to work with, any issues I had she responded quickly. This location is perfect and it is beachfront, the guys that run the chairs are super reasonable as well. The condo had everything we needed and I would stay here again. Such a beautiful area!

Great little condo on the beach! It was clean and had everything you need to feel at home. Having everything you need for the beach was a plus! Not having to bring a thing was very convenient. Joannie was very easy to communicate and went above and beyond! Will definitely stay here again.

Second stay!

This is our second time coming back to this property! My son loves the kiddie pool. The beach access is so convenient and love the little bar as well. Can’t wait to come back next year when the larger pool area is fully renovated after the hurricane.

Property was super clean, well stocked and very comfy beds! Cafe there on property was great for breakfast and yummy cocktails. Condo close to lots of things as well. Hope to get back again soon!

Joannie was very responsive and accommodating. Condo was well equipped and provided convenient access to cafe, beach bar and most important the beautiful beach. The only major inconvenience was the sporadic non-working south elevator, which is obviously beyond control.

Great property, Treasure Island is the best

The unit itself was in great condition. Cozy, clean, as advertised. Property owners were communicative and check in was a breeze. Only thing of note, the property itself is undergoing construction and storm cleanup (May 2025). Didn’t take from the trip at all, still a ton of fun.

Treasure of treasure island

We were so close to the beach and everything was perfect for us. The property is easily accessible, well priced, and great quality. All appliances were full sized and it was really clean.

Great location. Still under repair from Hurricane damages. Beach showers were not working. Everything else seemed to be up and running. Pools clean! Beach beautiful! Well equipped condo, clean and comfortable.

Our Home away from home after Helene

After Helene we needed a home while Renovations were made to Our Flooded Home. Joannie, Our Unit Owner, was So Helpful & Concerned abt Our Needs. The Unit is Clean, Comfortable & There is a Cafe on Site! We would highly Recommend.

Perfect New Years Eve Getaway

Booked this condo last minute and was very pleased with the overall location, cleanliness and responsiveness of the owner. Couldn’t have had a more hassle free experience!! The unit was equipped with everything we needed, even provided k-cups and candy. Nice touch. Will definitely be back.

Treasure Island Family Vacation

The overall property was very tropical and pretty. The condo was spacious enough for a family of four. The condo was fairly clean with plenty of towels and beach chairs and umbrella was great! The patio door lock was loose,one of the bathroom doors wouldn't lock,remote missing the back on it,the living room chair needed cleaning. Mostly minor things with the condo itself. The condo overall was sufficient!The cafe was a plus to have onsite to grab breakfast or lunch and the food was good and quick service! The pool always seemed full and very loud as well as other parts of the building was very loud with people partying and being roudy! The pool areas often had trash all over the tables and areas surrounding the pool.Looked like there were alot of people having guests out and about at the resort filling up many areas as stated including the pools,sitting areas,bar and parking lots often loud!

The view was magnificent, was able to see some dolphins swimming by! The condo was very clean and very well stocked. Lots of things for the beach as well. Most importantly, Joannie and Mike were wonderful to deal with.
