Family Gathering

3rd bedroom is a nook behind the living room separated by a wall . Almost think of it ass a same floor loft . It would have been nice to know for arrangement of sleeping for all guests . Again , great accommodations

Spring break

The condo was beautiful and we loved the large windows in the family room. The light and fan didn’t work in the master bath but it didn’t cause much of a problem. I will remember to bring more spices, as there was only salt provided in the kitchen. This was our second time at Harborside and first time in this condo and would love to come back.

Lovely Stay at Harborside Condo!

Title: Lovely Stay at Harborside Condo!Review:I recently stayed at the Harborside condo from December 23 to December 27 and had a truly wonderful experience. The condo was spacious and beautifully maintained. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped, with a full array of dishes, pots, and pans, which made cooking and dining in a breeze.The location of the condo is ideal, providing easy access to local attractions and amenities. I appreciated the clean, welcoming atmosphere of the condo, and the view was absolutely stunning.I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to the area. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!Thank you for a memorable vacation!

Family Vacation

Great experience for two families to have a family vacation. We had four toddlers (4, twin 3 year olds, 20 month old) and it was enough space for them to run around and play. The waterpark was easy to access and the beach was an easy walk. We are already planning our trip for next year!

Terrific rental and location

My family which included my daughters family with 2 four year old kids had a great time. The property was very nice. Very clean and location was just perfect. The water park being next door was fantastic. The beach was only about 5 minutes walk and is one of the best we have seen.

Spacious and comfortable

We loved the location, the walk ability to the beach, restaurants, coffee shop and CVS was clutch, we enjoyed the water park for a few hours one day but ultimately spent our time at the beach for our 3 day weekend getaway. The condo was spacious, comfortable and had fantastic views where we enjoyed our coffee every morning. We will definitely come back for another stay.

Great Place to stay.

It was clean and stocked with necessities. It was very roomy for the 7 of us. I only have one complaint in that there wasn’t a separate pool from the water park one. We had to pay because the kids used the passes.

Great spot for multi-generational family!

We had a lovely stay, great access to the beach and surrounding communities and we enjoyed that there were beach items there. The condo is clean and spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The laundry was super handy for our large group and it was nice that there was plenty of room to spread out, good bars and restaurants as well as a beautiful beach within walking distance, and of course the waterpark access was a hit!

Only gave a 4 star because the property had a broken elevator for the whole time we were there amd it required my 80 yr old father to walk up flights of stairs in not so great health.

Beautiful room!

We had a wonderful Christmas at this property. It was COLD, so we didn’t get to enjoy the water park. However, the room view, close proximity to the beach and location made the stay great. My girls loved looking for shells. Clean, spacious room. Perfect for families.

Waterpark lodging

We enjoyed our visit to Indian rocks beach, check in was simple, and the condo was clean, however the dishwasher was broken, so ended up washing dishes by hand, Tom was excellent in having a handyman come by and fix the garbage disposal, so there was no more water dripping from the kitchen cabinet, Jim wasn’t to communicative in reference to fixing the dishwasher, our family had a very nice time wat the water park🙂

Short but sweet!

Harborside at Marker 33 was a great solution for our extended family of 19. We took condos of varying sizes and could easily congregate at the beach, water park and restaurants. Everything was within walking distance( aside from a hospital). The price was reasonable probably because everything is a little dated.

Awesome View

What a view. This is a beautiful property and we enjoyed our time here. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear. We had two vehicles and were concerned about finding parking for the extra vehicle, but found spots close for free. If planning on staying here, bring extra toilet tissue because we ran out within one day and bring your own shampoo and conditioner. We loved the property and would stay here again.

Fantastic condo in a fantastic location!! The views of the inter coastal are wonderful; dolphins, birds, and manatees. Location is great - can walk to 5-6 restaurants. Very nice bakery within walking distance (best cinnamon rolls). The ocean is very easy to walk to and super clean and beautiful. The unit does have beach towels and beach chairs, and some toys (volleyball, football). The water park passes were easy to use. Get bracelets in the main office and all set. The Waterpark is heated to 75F and there’s a nice tiki bar! Great snack bar for kids, icees, etc - all reasonably priced. Overall - best family vacation!!! We plan to book the same unit again.

Great location and even better condo!

This place was perfect for us! We had a larger party with 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 2-9) and this space was perfect for us! Checkin office was less than 2 mins from the condo so it made checking in/out so easy. It was less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and thats with all the extras we had to take with us each day. The beach town itself was also so cute and easy to get around. The place was very updated and clean. The space was very open and functional for as many people as we had. The full kitchen was a bonus too! The 3 rooms plus the extra beds, were more than enough for us. This place came fully stocked with any and all beach necessities you could need (towels, sand toys, beach chairs, wagon, etc) so it made for easy packing when traveling by airplane and trying to pack as light as possible. We ALL agreed that we would definitely book this place again in the future!

Walk to the beach

We enjoyed this nice condo in Indian Rocks. We could easily walk to the beach and there was an assortment of beach gear in the condo to use. 4 passes to the water park were included in our stay, and we could buy day passes for anyone else in our group who wanted to go. We locked ourselves out one day and Tom came right over to let us in. However, after office hours no one called us back when we didn’t know where to park. The parking lot under the building fills up at night, so we parked at a satellite parking lot down the block by Jimmy Guanas. However, we didn’t know that the first night. Yummy restaurants and ice cream shops all around that are easy to walk too.

Incredibly Family Friendly Condo

This place is a gem! It is well-furnished with comfortable beds and attention to detail. Lots of little touches from buckets for gathering seashells, beach toys and chairs, and plenty of towels to coffee, coffee filters and some spices make this more like borrowing a friend's spacious condo than renting a hotel room. Cute restaurants nearby; we especially enjoyed picking up a pizza from Slyce. The clean waterpark makes this even more family-friendly. People are genuinely nice at the waterpark and it's a more relaxing atmosphere than the one at Busch Gardens.The negatives? Parking is tough. Be careful on Friday night as everyone seems to want to hit the area for a fun evening out and we had a difficult time parking so keep your vehicle in the covered garage and stroll to a variety restaurants. There were extra pillows but no pillowcases. One of the kids wanted to sleep on the sleeper sofa and we couldn't find any extra sheets. Some day-camp kids are bused into the waterpark and they put their belonging on the chairs but don't sit in them so claim your spots early. Rest assured that the positives outweigh the negatives and we'll be back!

Not a great experience

Property itself is nice. We were at the 6th floor and liked view very much. Good location: 5 min walk to the beach, many restaurants and bars nearby. Our kids liked waterpark. One important detail about the place is that in the original listing space with 2-story beds looked like a separate room, but it is actually not - just part of the living room separated by wooden wall, very small, only for sleeping, no noise or light isolation at all. Out appliances/infrastructure/service experience was much worse: - Washing machine did not worked when we arrived and was not fixed during our stay, which was very inconvenient - Internet connection instructions were incorrect and we couldn't connect. Tom, property manager, sent some people to help, but there was no ETA when they arrive and we had to be home. So we waited for an hour and then left to the beach. After 2 days we accidentally figured how to connect, but connection was unstable and poor - They give one parking place, so we had to put our second car on the street. In the evenings parking is completely occupied, so after we went to the grocery, we could not find the free parking spot again till the morning. We noticed many cars without parking tags - Last day electricity went off in both bathrooms. We checked all electric fuses, but were not able to fix the problem
