Wonderful place to stay, Scott was fantastic with his communication. The place is in a great location walking distance to restaurants, stores, and local site. Site was quiet and felt safe walking around the neighborhood. I will definitely be back and give my high recommendation.

Comfortable property in convenient area of St. Pete. We always stay in this building when visiting our daughter in college. Bonus with this property is that it came with a parking spot behind the building. The property was clean and well appointed, communication with the host was perfect. I would highly recommend next time you visit St. Pete.
