Great place Great Location

A wonderful place to stay and the location was fantastic. We enjoyed the beach, dining, and close activities around. Would definitely recommend and look forward to visiting again.

Perfect location

The property was clean and was represented well by the pictures posted on VRBO. Check in could not have been easier and the staff was very responsive to questions we had after arriving. The location was perfect, right on the beach and close to so many great restaurants. And the sunsets were incredible. We're planning on a return trip next year.

Fantastic view

This was our first time staying at The Chateux. Our condo was perfect and everything was as pictured. Couldn't ask for a better view of the ocean. Only downfall was the elevator was still out which is to be expected due to the two hurricanes hitting the area last fall. Thankfully our condo was on the third floor so the steps were tolerable. Will definitely stay here again. Check in was super easy and the host was very responsive to text messages.

September vacation

Very happy with the location and all the amenities that came with this rental. Everything was neat and in order, our only issue was that there wasn’t any beach towel but we managed. Loved the balcony looking out at the ocean and easy access to the beach. Would stay here again

Perfect Escape

Unit had everything we needed including beach chairs, very comfortable, complex was well maintained. Friendly neighbors, non-crowded beach. Couldn't have asked for a better location. If you are looking for a quit get-a-way this is one to look into.

The condo was cleaned but there were areas, under end tables, coffee tables, baseboards, and top of refrigerator were neglected. Reservation process and check in/out was professional. I would stay again if the elevator was working

Wonderful

We stayed here for 10 days and even that was too short. The unit has a wonderful beach theme. The view is fantastic. The little things make such a difference. There are carts to bring up your supplies in the elevator. Food in the fry pan in the kitchen doesn't stick. Towel supply was more than adequate and the washer/dryer is such a convenience. I had two questions that were answered promptly by the owner. We will be staying again!

Such a beautiful view.

The place was amazing. It was clean and it had everything you could need. The ocean was beautiful and so was the pool. Very clean. The only two issues was the elevator did not work and has been out for a long time. Three flights of stairs (47 steps) was a lot for me. And the other thing was the pool cleaners came during the morning, thru in chlorine and said the pool was closed all day. Very sad. They should do that overnight.

Little Gem

We loved the property. The balcony was perfect for watching the gorgeous sunsets every night. We saw dolphins from there too! Comfortable bed and furniture. Nice to have 2 smart TV’s. There was no pizza cutter but overall the kitchen had everything else we needed. Easy access with a code no keys to worry about. Assigned parking, warm pool plenty of lounge chairs and easy beach access. The AC went out once but they had someone out within hours to fix it. Prompt responses to our few questions which was great. Washer and dryer worked great, a nice perk. The only con really is the bathroom. There are 2 thin doors that don’t allow for much privacy in that department. The shower head is a little clogged and could use a soak in vinegar to clear the hard water. The screen door on the patio is also pretty sticky but we made it work. Pick up some TP on your way as just the 1 roll is provided. Would totally stay here again.

We would definitely stay there again but only if the elevator works! Loved that there were chairs for the beach, washer/dryer & beach towels! Great vacation, Great Condo😊

Excellent Vacation Spot

Close to the beach amazing sunsets from the balcony, only negative was the elevator was still broke and being 6 months pregnant going up and down the steps
