A great vacation getaway in Florida for you, your family, and friends! Our unit is spacious, comfortable and clean. The balcony offers a truly fantastic view of the intercoastal waterway—a feast for the eyes. You’ll find plenty of relaxing activities in the immediate area, including fishing, cruising, dining, and swimming. And, we’re just short walk away from the beach! There’s a beautiful, heated pool and a dock for fishing. Or if you prefer, just relax by the water and watch the birds, dolphins and manatees.

The condo is located in a pleasantly quiet, peaceful area, with friendly neighbors. This condo is in the end building so it provides even more privacy and more views! This unit is very well maintained & supplied. There is assigned underground parking plus guest parking.
The unit is on the second (top) floor. There is no elevator in the building. There 2.5 flights of stairs to the unit.
For your convenience, there is a washer & dryer in the unit. Free local & long distance phone, extended cable TV, and WiFi are included. This is a non-smoking unit. We require a 7 night minimum stay.

COVID-19 INFO: ALL THE SURFACES (counters, tables, nightstands, etc) IN THE UNIT ARE DISINFECTED WITH 70% ALCOHOL.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
a) For rental term less than 2 weeks full refund (100%) will be issued if cancelled 30 days prior to rental start day.
b) For rental term more than 2 weeks full refund (100%) will be issued if cancelled 60 days prior to rental start day
Otherwise refund amount will depend on owner’s ability to find another renter for the same period. This will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

The condo is in a perfect location. The dock was awesome to be able for my husband to fish. I was able to walk across the street to the beach. This was the second time we have stayed in this condo and will definitely be staying again! Can’t say enough GREAT things about the condo and the hosts. Another stay in paradise

Repeat guests at Leo's condo. Love the ample living space, comfortable bed, covered parking, pool, lovely view, quiet unit, and close walk to the beach. Would not stay anywhere else in the area! Thanks again Leo for a great stay!

Wonderful vacation

First time in this condo a year ago, this year again : the right decision! Amenities and location are perfect for us. Wonderful view of the Intracoastal waterway, daily wildlife watching, short walk to the beach. Absolutely great host!

Paradise!

Exactly as pictured but better. Check in was straight forward and very simple. Location was easy to find. We had no issues and didnt have to contact the owner/agent.The property was clean and well stocked with Coffee pot, Keurig, toaster, etc. spices in the cabinets and plenty of cups plates utensils, the condo is located within easy driving distance to hundreds of resturants beaches and other entertainment. Mornings or evenings on the balcony were one of my favorite times at the condo, we were able to see all sorts of wildlife, Birds, Fish, Manatees and even dolphins. The pair of binoculars in the condo helped so much with wildlife spotting. Parking was easy and its under the condos on the lower level so even in bad weather your car will be safe. keep in mind the parking area has low ceilings so extremely tall vehicles will not fit.The furniture was comfortable and everything was clean and nice. I would rent this unit again with out a second thought.

Great view of the intercostal

We loved the location. Quiet but close to restaurants and stores. The beach is just a short walk across the street. Beautiful view of the intercostal. Our favorite place to spend time enjoying the manatees, birds and occasional dolphin pod.

It was our third time to stay in this absolutely beautiful condo. The location is perfect! The balcony view is amazing, the condo is extremely clean, and all of the extras such as beach chairs, beach towels, and well stocked kitchen supplies made for the perfect vacation!

Amazing place to stay

The condo was better than we expected. Perfect for 3 adults. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items and everything worked. The balcony was wonderful for relaxing and watching the fish jump, birds, dolphins and boats cruising along the intercoastal waterway. Very peaceful and quiet area with a short walk to the beach. Everyone we met while walking around were very friendly. This was our third time to Indian Shores and we will be back!

Another great stay at Captains Cove!

This is our second year staying in this unit and we enjoyed it as much as we did last year! We love the location and easy parking. The balcony has amazing views of the water (we saw dolphins, a manatee, pelicans, and jumping fish!) and it’s perfect for watching 4th of July fireworks! The unit comes well stocked for everything you might need for the beach! We would highly recommend this unit!

Intracoastal views

This is a really lovely place to stay.Pros: uninterrupted views of waterway; enclosed sheltered balcony; beach gear; great beach; very clean; well equipped kitchen; strong shower Cons (minor): Up 3 sets of stairs; car required for groceries/coffee etc. It is on a trolley bus route but no stops nearby. A foodmart very close but closed, possibly due to storm damage.

You can't beat this unique location, spacious living, tons of amenities. You name it ,it has it. This is our third time staying here. Great owner. Perfect location for making great photos, wildlife, sunrises and sunsets. Looking forward to our next stay there.

Great spot

Great spot. Only thing would be that there is no elevator so bringing up all of our stuff to stay for a week was rough in the heat of the summer. Other than that it was gorgeous views and a great spot for my son to fish. Right across from the beach. Lots of space! Which was nice and the parking spot was perfect for our big SUV. No other cars could park next to it.

Paradise

This was the third time for me staying at this Cono in Indian Shores. We absolutely love it. I was there two years ago with my daughter and two Grandchildren and they loved it. My spouse and I were there 5 years ago and last week. The view is amazing, the manatees and dolphins are just outside around the pier, the beach is across the street. Wonderful Stay

The condo offers everything for a nice, relaxing vacation just a short walk from the beach. Quiet location, set back from through traffic. Comfortable beds, two bathrooms with good water pressure, nice kitchen with all necessary and useful utensils. Particularly noteworthy is the balcony directly over the water of the Intracoastal with a wide, unobstructed view... Wildlife (dolphins, all kinds of birds, etc.) sightings every day. Leo is a very personable, great host! It was a great pleasure to be guests in his condo.

We - a Swiss family of 4 - had a wonderful stay in this accomodation. The appartement was clean, with a big and very well equiped kitchen, with a unique view to the inner bay/canal and close to the beach. Also the contact with Leo, the responsible person, was nice and he was uncomplicated and very helpful right from the moment we have booked the appartement. If I have to search for anything that was not perfect, then the circumstance, that the 2nd bedroom did not had a window was the only one (but not a real complain imo). In short: We would return anytime and strongly recommend this accomodation.

Beautiful View

The property is big and airy. The furniture and beds are comfortable. All of the beach gear you need is provided. Parking in the parking garage underneath the property was a little challenging for us since we have a full-sized truck. If you have anything on the top of your vehicle, you may not be able to park in there, FYI. The property itself is beautiful and we enjoyed our time. The beach is a short walk across the street. Leo was easy to contact and responsive to our questions. We enjoyed all of the wildlife viewing from the balcony. I don't think we would have seen as much of that if we had stayed on the beach.
