Directly on the beach and directly across from John's Pass Village. Location could not be better, and the view is one of the best on the beach!

Vacation in a three bedroom, two bath condo and a new kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Both the master bathroom and guest bathroom have also been upgraded with new granite vanities and new cabinetry. The living room, as well as all three bedrooms have flat screen TV's with free cable. Spacious living/dining room area, with comfortable couches.

-- The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable King size bed and leads out to the private balcony area.

-- The second bedroom has two Queen size beds

-- The third bedroom has it's own Full Size bed.

Plenty of space for guests, and plenty of space for relaxing.

Awesome views, beds, bathrooms, etc…it was also nice having a washer/dryer and extra chairs, towels and fans. Easy access to John’s Pass and great beach and pool. The reservation process was very easy and great communication with questions before and during our stay. We are already planning our next stay!

Great Place

We loved our time at Beach Place! The location was perfect - right on the beach for great views and easy access, just across from John’s Pass where we walked most days to eat/shop. The area was very roomy and comfortable. Communication with the hosts was quick and easy! We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at this comfy beach front condo. The description accurate. Parking under covered area next to elevator. Updated and very clean .. everything in working order! Pool and beach were steps away. We will return!

Wonderful stay!!

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The unit was exactly as pictured and advertised. Lots of room, and everything you need including shower and beach towels! A huge bonus if you are flying in to town. Loved the proximity to John’s Pass for dinner and shopping. Would recommend, hope to stay again next year.

The condo is a 3 bedroom 2 bath. Plenty of amenities in the kitchen. Heated pool and directly on the beach. We would stay again! The elevator was down from the hurricane still. We understand because other places still had elevators/escalators down.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our time in this condo. It was very clean and I loved the screened windows and walkout to the balcony from the master bedroom. We also enjoyed the fact that there were 2 bathrooms that adjoined to two of the 3 bedrooms. The beds were comfortable and thankfully it wasn’t very hot during our stay but ceiling fans would be a great addition.

Perfect size for 7-8 people.

We loved the size and location of the unit. Could have used more T-paper, bath towels and paper towels. Needed overall deep cleaning, showers, sinks and floors. We would stay again for sure.

Beautiful place, great view! Unfortunately things were not available due to hurricanes but we knew that in advance! The bed in the master bedroom is super hard, just my opinion! We will definitely be back!

Everything was perfect from checkin, location, communication, parking. Unit was larger than I expected, loved the 4 chairs on the balcony, having beach chairs, towels and toys.

TLC needed

Location is fantastic but it needs a refresh. The shower head in main bathroom won't stay on the wall, ants in bathroom and the furniture could use a cleaning. The balcony floor was so dirty and it tracked into the condo so you had to have shoes on at all times. I seen a note from the association that said they will be power washing the balconies and seal them which would help. Overall it has all the basics you need.

Great beach waterfront location

We have stayed at this resort a few times. We love it. This unit overlooks the pool a beach. Walking distance to everything. Very clean unit and great communication with the rental company.

Nice location

Excellent beach location. The unit was not as clean as other VRBO places I had stayed in and was missing some basic necessities. We had to go purchase paper towels, toilet paper, and a couple of kitchen towels.

We had a wonderful stay. Many new updates in furniture and bedding. Everything just as promised. Best location on the beach. Management team was friendly and responsive prior to coming and we had no issues while there. Certainly hope to come back.
