Location, location, location! This recently renovated Downtown Clearwater home is minutes away from Florida’s most beautiful beach and only a few blocks away from the infamous Pinellas Trail, a wonderful 45 mile stretch of bicycling heaven that runs from St. Petersburg to Tarpon Springs. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this lovely home featured an open living room and large kitchen. Your furry baby will love the massive fenced in backyard thanks to the home’s nearly quarter acre lot it sits on. It also features a Vivint Smart Home Security System that allows you to control the A/C and lights directly from your smart phone as well as alerts you to anyone at your front door (excellent for amazon package deliveries).
