Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Modern design encompasses rest and relaxation in this humble studio on a historic brick paved street in delightful Dunedin. You are within walking distance of downtown (and all the restaurants, bars and entertainment), Blue Jays stadium, dolphins in St. Joseph Sound, Pinellas trail and so much more! Upon stepping inside you will see a clean, beautifully decorated fully functional place to live.
The space
Walk in and you will see the tastefully designed studio with all amenities. The pull of sofa features an upgraded Sealy queen sized mattress with luxury linens. The kitchen comes fully equipped with most everything you need to feel at home. The backyard features a completely fenced backyard with gate. 90 day minimal rental. House trained pets ok with $350 pet fee.

Parking is located on the street only. Combo locked is unique to each guest and changes immediately following check out.
