Logan's Run is a concrete construction two-bedroom one bathroom dwelling. Fully furnished with all utilities, power, water and garbage service (City) cable, wi-fi, included. Our lease agreement that you will receive upon arrival or mail that you have sent yourself earlier, verifies that you are a Dunedin resident, you are privy to pool access at the Fenway (A Mariott Boutique Hotel) just a few blocks west across from the water's edge. A six-foot vinyl fence surrounds the property. Logan's Run has a huge screened in front porch inclusive of tables and chairs and a huge dining area that is also inclusive of a den. Outside the back laundry room door here is a huge back yard with an outside entertainment area inclusive of a barbeque grill, tables, umbrellas and chairs. You are only three blocks from the baseball stadium, seven clocks from downtown, five blocks from the Pinellas Trail and just a short bike ride (bring your own bike) or walk to the marina where breathtaking sunsets await your presence. There is plenty of free off-street parking. Logan's run is available for short term rental or a potential long-term rental/lease. Long term may be negotiated, inclusive or non-inclusive of utilities. Logan's Run is a NO SMOKING residence.
