This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom NW corner condo with open view balcony gives you a true birdseye perspective of the beaches. The living room is a direct Gulf front with a sliding glass door to the balcony. There is a 55" TV in the living room with cable, DVD, and Blu Ray player. The dining area is open to the living room and kitchen. The updated fully equipped kitchen has all the amenities of home. Prepare the perfect family meal or beach picnic. The Gulf-front master bedroom has a sliding glass door to the balcony and a King size bed with a ceiling fan, TV and ensuite bathroom room. The updated master bathroom has a step-in shower. The second bedroom has 2 Queen beds with a view of Intracoastal Waterway, ceiling fan and TV. The third bedroom has 1 Twin bed, TV with a DVD player and a view of Intracoastal Waterway. All beds have brand new mattresses as of September 2020. There are a washer and dryer right in the condo, no need to overpack. Free secure high-speed internet service. The property has lovely green space landscaped with native plants. The pool deck has new (2019) lounge chairs and a number of tables and chairs as well. There is a large Heated Swimming Pool, Hot Tub, and both charcoal and gas grills. There is FREE wifi available at the pool area. There is also a recreation room with restrooms, a Ping Pong table and a lending book library. There is also a coin laundry available on the 2nd floor as an option. Ask your rental manager about unlimited FREE DVD movies and FREE weekday bicycle use. Assigned Parking. No third party agents.
