The master bathroom has a step-in shower. There is a washer and dryer right in the condo, no need to overpack. The 2nd bedroom has 2 Double beds and a TV with cable. The 3rd bedroom has 2 Twin beds (memory foam mattresses 2021) and a Roku smart TV. The kitchen is fully appointed with all the amenities of home. The condo has FREE secure WiFi and FREE long-distance calling to the US and Canada. The community features a beach-side heated pool and hot tub. There are two gas grills for you to use. This is a NO Smoking, NO pets condo. The Beach Trolley/Bus stop is right in front of the building for easy access from St. Pete to Clearwater Beach. There is a very popular Caddy's Pub/Restaurant on the Intracoastal with outdoor and indoor dining directly across the street. Many other restaurants and shopping opportunities are nearby. Putt-Putt golf just down the street less than a mile. Assigned parking space, limited guest spaces.

Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.

Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.

Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.
