  • Direct Gulf front Penthouse condo is the place to make your vacation memories. This updated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has a birds eye view of the beach of Indian Shores and the Gulf. Relax on your private balcony as the sun provides a spectacular show in the sky nightly. The comfy open living area has plenty of room to move around for the family. The living room has a ceiling fan for added comfort and a TV with cable and a DVD player. The dining area is perfect for family meals and game nights. The updated kitchen has all the amenities of home and can accommodate large special meals to a simple beach picnic. No need to overpack there is a washer/dryer inside the condo. The second bedroom has both a Queen and Twin bed, ceiling fan, and TV. The third bedroom has a Queen bed with a ceiling fan and TV. There is FREE Long Distance calling to US and Canada and FREE secure WiFi in the condo. Assigned parking space, limited guest spaces. ***Non-Smoking*** The condo complex has nice gas grills for your use and a large, beachside, heated swimming pool and a hot tub.

    Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.

    Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.

    Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.

    Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.
